This bungalow is extra attractively furnished with a cosy wood-burning stove, an open kitchen, lovely armchairs and a PlayStation game console. This, combined with its location on the edge of a small holiday park overlooking the forest, makes it a great place to unwind.
The park itself offers recreation, a sandwich service, bike rental and a restaurant (open in high season). The walking and cycling possibilities in the region are endless. Be sure to visit the nearby nature reserve where you can spot the most unusual birds. Besides its natural beauty, the region is also known for its windmills and there is a beautiful 32 km cycling route that takes you along them. On days when the weather is disappointing, a trip to Roermond, with its numerous nice restaurants and outlet centre, is worthwhile.
The bungalow has a lockable shed for 6 bikes with sockets for e-bikes. A go-kart is also available and firewood may be used for the wood-burning stove free of charge.

The cottage is disappointing (expectation too high ??). According to the photo it would be detached, it turns out to be connected afterwards. Surprising was the rain shower, how nice is that ==> turns out not to work and no water comes out. Overall is a bit shabby and not really clean.

Nice park and nice house. Park is quite remote but in the middle of nature, which is perfect if you bring 3 dogs with you. Cottage is dated but kitchen and bathroom are in order (it seems they have been replaced once). There is not much to do in the park, but there is a restaurant nearby, with a view of the fen, where you can sit and eat well for a reasonable price. Surrounding nature reserves and forests and especially De Luysen nature reserve, just across the border in Belgium, is a must, especially if you are a lover of hiking and birds. In short, nice for a break in your own country!

Not entirely suitable for bringing dogs. (Too close together, great chance of nuisance because of this) house and park itself liked it. I would recommend that dog owners and normal guests stay in a different area so that the inconvenience can be limited.

Had a nice week in Stramproy. Just a pity that the house was not really clean and probably has not had a good cleaning for a long time. In addition, some lamps were broken, there was no pedal on the trash can. A screen door or curtain would also be very useful given the number of mosquitoes and flies in the forest. People at the reception were very friendly, there is nothing to argue with. Had a nice meal in the restaurant on the pond. But unfortunately the maintenance of the houses is not an advertisement for Belvilla. Going to another Belvilla park in August and hope it looks better there.

Nice quiet park. Beautiful location in the woods and spacious parcels. We had very noisy neighbors. A large family of 12 people or something in 2 houses. All day long talk and chatter and hassle. They left on Friday when a group of 6 younger men arrived. a group of friends. They came to report to us that if there was any nuisance from music or something, we could safely complain !! I immediately said to this young man that I don't want to hear any music at all and that I have booked for rest in this Natural Park. I just came out of the hospital and was looking for a few days rest. I think it may be because of the Corona crisis that there are now groups like this that would otherwise never come to a Natural Park. We have been disappointed with this holiday. Out of 4 days I still got annoyed by the noise around our house. Perhaps it would be better to look at this.

Excellent reception by social and friendly park manager. Accommodation for 5p luxury rain shower. nice beds, when you're used to box spring. pity that the screen curtain was not properly closed (here the owner was visibly already working on another solution), a screen door would have been more in place than a magnetic strip that still did not stick, unless forced with rough violence had to be pushed into place. to become. Solex or super cute dafje at Mifasolex in Maarheeze, where you make a tour through the beautiful Brabant Landscape.

We had booked a midweek in a beautiful apartment. Other apartments were being renovated there, we knew that. But an apartment was prepared especially for us. The owners have worked their asses off. Belvilla rebooked us without consultation (because the apartment would not be available) to a place where we did not want to be, with an upgrade that was not an upgrade at all. And did not inform the owner of the apartment. When we were in the unwanted spot, it turned out that the apartment was ready! Bad service, lousy communication. If it's from Belvilla, I won't book again!
