Hello, it was a beautiful location, the house was spacious, light, and there was a sense of calm. A few reports: the Senseo coffee machine did not work. The water shut-off cap of the sink no longer closes, causing the water to run away directly (kitchen). It might be helpful to fix this for the next visitors. House number 5, where we are now, really needs improvement. Living room is old, fridge is missing parts in the door. Bedroom and beds are okay, as well as the shower and toilet. Photos are very patient. It seems like a beautiful and modern house, but please look further or read all the reviews!! The air in the house is sickening. There is so much wrong with this house that we returned again on Wednesday. have left.
Photo frames with nails sticking out, beds that are so soft that it is impossible to sleep on, dining room table chairs full of stains and dirt, all tables have dirty stains, holes in the floor and walls, the sofa stinks and is covered in stains, the beds smell really bad! Even the bedding from the packaging smelled. We left the house cleaner than when we got there. Also an air freshener later.
The refrigerator barely works. All our food was constantly getting wet, but soaking wet. The refrigerator is simply broken and drops hang on every shelf. The cutlery, glasses, pans, plates and containers were dirty. Still lips on the glasses, leftovers on the plates.
It says that it is a car-free park, but even in a large Landal park, fewer cars drive through the park.

Upon arrival we were told: "There may be defects that the landlord is aware of, but does nothing about. We cannot do anything about them." Nice entrance. That's why I didn't contact him and just went home. Very unfortunate. We will never go to this park again.

The only recommendation is the restaurant Nieuw Vosseven. Delicious food!

On April 12, we stayed for a midweek with 6 adults in a 6-person house. That wasn't actually useful. One couple slept in a bunk bed without a protective edge, he found that scary. This has been communicated to the owner. Inside the house was very clean, but the garden furniture was very dirty and so was the terrace. In addition, the tiles around the house were very slippery in damp weather. These matters have also been passed on to the owner. We cleaned the garden furniture and the terrace ourselves, otherwise we would not have been able to sit outside. The first evening it turned out that the kitchen drain was clogged. Apparently the reception already knew that, but had not told us anything. Fortunately, it was solved the next day by the owner, who came with someone from an unblocking company. All in all: a great house for a family with children if the bunk bed is made safe. The sanitary facilities are new and in good condition. A wiper and/or squeegee could be placed near the shower. We liked the other beds. The area is beautiful, plenty to walk, cycle and view. The last evening we had dinner at the restaurant next to the park. Good food with delicious fries. Recommended. Regarding the arrival: the key is in a safe at the reception. Apparently I had received an email that had gone into the spam folder telling me what the code was. Reception was closed. it took some time, little to no mobile coverage. The WiFi in the house itself is reasonable, but it is an open WiFi connection.

The surface of the house is good. However, there are many flaws in the house that make it dangerous for small children. A socket with the cover plate broken off. Nails protruding into the threshold. blinds that cannot be pulled up because the string has broken off. hole in the laminate under the couch. Fridge is missing trays at the door so you can lose very little. Paintings fall apart. the chairs of the dining table are full of stains. coffee maker full of vermin corpses. The beds are way too soft. Floor could have been mopped, feet were pitch black right away. The cottage is located in a quiet holiday park, the screens in all windows are great, so everything can be open. Nice house in terms of location, size but a lot of overdue maintenance

We came back to the house the second day and found a huge ant infestation. They walked everywhere: on the floor, through the kitchen cabinets, on the walls, in the bathroom, through our bed, etc.

We walked to the reception of the park and they indicated that they could not do anything for us. They also added that this problem had been known to them for several weeks (!) We received one ant box (for 1000 ants).



We contacted the SOS number of Belvilla and they contacted the concierge. The concierge came to look and he was also shocked. He said he couldn't do anything at the moment. All he could do was vacuum and put down one more ant box, but the ants would most likely return in a matter of moments.



We contacted Belvilla's SOS number again. We indicated that we really didn't want to stay, since otherwise we would (literally) sleep in the ants tonight.

We ended our weekend with friends early and decided to go home since it is also a good 3.5 hours drive for us.



We were never informed that ants were present and so you can't let people stay there...

In addition, we also spent 2.5 hours trying to solve this problem, without a good solution in the end. A way we would rather not have spent our weekend with friends.

Lovely house, stays nice and cool, mosquito nets a big plus!, lovely quiet, beautiful area for walking or cycling. WIFI is good. The front door closes difficult only with force / noise sealing rubber is in the way. Crockery is a mixed bag, it may be looked at, we missed large coffee cups, we got ourselves. freezer door does not close properly, is full of ice. Shower smells a little musty. But all this is not insurmountable when you consider the very affordable price. We are satisfied.

The house was not really very clean. It was known to the manager and owner that the refrigerator was broken and the curtains dirty. There was nothing wrong with that. After two days and a further complaint, the refrigerator was finally repaired provisionally. The kettle was covered in mold and got a new one for that. The area surrounding the park is very beautiful and from the park there are many beautiful walking routes to walk. You can eat well in the restaurant.

The arrival at the manager was fine. The houses are quite close to each other for a small-scale holiday park and you don't see that on the photo either. We had expected less insight. The cottage was also fine, but in terms of cutlery (serving spoons / a sort of handle to bake an egg) a bit scanty. There were also two small pans (apart from two skillets). For six people, two small (cooking) pans are relatively few. The area was beautiful. Varied and versatile. Many marked walks. Good signage. Too bad about the oak processionary caterpillar, but you can't help it either. I had the impression that it had been fought in the park itself. That's nice.

We were fine in our opinion. The Vosseven is a small park, but beautiful and wonderfully quiet. The cottage is modern and light. Vosseven is a great park, beautifully located in the woods. The reception is friendly and helpful. We stayed in cabin 5. The cleaning staff had done a good job cleaning, and even the beds were made. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the sparsely furnished bungalow. That was unfortunately a bit of a downer on our stay.

Apparently the reception already knew that, but had not told us anything. Fortunately, it was solved the next day by the owner, who came with someone from an unblocking company. All in all: a great house for a family with children if the bunk bed is made safe. The sanitary facilities are new and in good condition. A wiper and/or squeegee could be placed near the shower. We liked the other beds. The area is beautiful, plenty to walk, cycle and view. The last evening we had dinner at the restaurant next to the park. Good food with delicious fries. Recommended. Regarding the arrival: the key is in a safe at the reception. Apparently I had received an email that had gone into the spam folder telling me what the code was. Reception was closed. it took some time, little to no mobile coverage. The WiFi in the house itself is reasonable, but it is an open WiFi connection.

Nails protruding into the threshold. blinds that cannot be pulled up because the string has broken off. hole in the laminate under the couch. We came back to the house the second day and found a huge ant infestation. They walked everywhere: on the floor, through the kitchen cabinets, on the walls, in the bathroom, through our bed, etc.

We walked to the reception of the park and they indicated that they could not do anything for us. They also added that this problem had been known to them for several weeks (!) We received one ant box (for 1000 ants).



We contacted the SOS number of Belvilla and they contacted the concierge. The concierge came to look and he was also shocked. He said he couldn't do anything at the moment. All he could do was vacuum and put down one more ant box, but the ants would most likely return in a matter of moments.



We contacted Belvilla's SOS number again. We indicated that we really didn't want to stay, since otherwise we would (literally) sleep in the ants tonight.

We ended our weekend with friends early and decided to go home since it is also a good 3.5 hours drive for us.



We were never informed that ants were present and so you can't let people stay there...

The front door closes difficult only with force / noise sealing rubber is in the way. Photos are very patient. It seems like a beautiful and modern house, but please look further or read all the reviews!! The air in the house is sickening. There is so much wrong with this house that we returned again on Wednesday. have left.
Photo frames with nails sticking out, beds that are so soft that it is impossible to sleep on, dining room table chairs full of stains and dirt, all tables have dirty stains, holes in the floor and walls, the sofa stinks and is covered in stains, the beds smell really bad! Even the bedding from the packaging smelled. We left the house cleaner than when we got there. Also an air freshener later.
The refrigerator barely works. All our food was constantly getting wet, but soaking wet. The refrigerator is simply broken and drops hang on every shelf. The cutlery, glasses, pans, plates and containers were dirty. Still lips on the glasses, leftovers on the plates.
It says that it is a car-free park, but even in a large Landal park, fewer cars drive through the park.

Upon arrival we were told: "There may be defects that the landlord is aware of, but does nothing about. We cannot do anything about them." Nice entrance. That's why I didn't contact him and just went home. Very unfortunate. We will never go to this park again.

The only recommendation is the restaurant Nieuw Vosseven. Delicious food!

On April 12, we stayed for a midweek with 6 adults in a 6-person house. That wasn't actually useful. One couple slept in a bunk bed without a protective edge, he found that scary. This has been communicated to the owner. Inside the house was very clean, but the garden furniture was very dirty and so was the terrace. In addition, the tiles around the house were very slippery in damp weather. These matters have also been passed on to the owner. We cleaned the garden furniture and the terrace ourselves, otherwise we would not have been able to sit outside. The first evening it turned out that the kitchen drain was clogged. Apparently the reception already knew that, but had not told us anything. Fortunately, it was solved the next day by the owner, who came with someone from an unblocking company. All in all: a great house for a family with children if the bunk bed is made safe. The sanitary facilities are new and in good condition. A wiper and/or squeegee could be placed near the shower. We liked the other beds. The area is beautiful, plenty to walk, cycle and view. The last evening we had dinner at the restaurant next to the park. Good food with delicious fries. Recommended. Regarding the arrival: the key is in a safe at the reception. Apparently I had received an email that had gone into the spam folder telling me what the code was. Reception was closed. it took some time, little to no mobile coverage. The WiFi in the house itself is reasonable, but it is an open WiFi connection.

The surface of the house is good. However, there are many flaws in the house that make it dangerous for small children. A socket with the cover plate broken off. Nails protruding into the threshold. blinds that cannot be pulled up because the string has broken off. hole in the laminate under the couch. Fridge is missing trays at the door so you can lose very little. Paintings fall apart. the chairs of the dining table are full of stains. coffee maker full of vermin corpses. The beds are way too soft. Floor could have been mopped, feet were pitch black right away. The cottage is located in a quiet holiday park, the screens in all windows are great, so everything can be open. Nice house in terms of location, size but a lot of overdue maintenance

We came back to the house the second day and found a huge ant infestation. They walked everywhere: on the floor, through the kitchen cabinets, on the walls, in the bathroom, through our bed, etc.

We walked to the reception of the park and they indicated that they could not do anything for us. They also added that this problem had been known to them for several weeks (!) We received one ant box (for 1000 ants).



We contacted the SOS number of Belvilla and they contacted the concierge. The concierge came to look and he was also shocked. He said he couldn't do anything at the moment. All he could do was vacuum and put down one more ant box, but the ants would most likely return in a matter of moments.



We contacted Belvilla's SOS number again. We indicated that we really didn't want to stay, since otherwise we would (literally) sleep in the ants tonight.

We ended our weekend with friends early and decided to go home since it is also a good 3.5 hours drive for us.



We were never informed that ants were present and so you can't let people stay there...

In addition, we also spent 2.5 hours trying to solve this problem, without a good solution in the end. A way we would rather not have spent our weekend with friends.

The pots where very dirty and tired. The rest of the house lived up to all the promises it perfectly. Great beds, beautiful bathroom, cozy seating area. The wifi sucked! It was at times impossible to log in and you could at any moment undesirable connection with wifi verliezen.De area was very nice and soothing.
