This luxury chalet is located in the heart of Limburg on the multiple 5-star Recreatiepark "de Leistert".
Near the park you will find many possibilities for entertainment, such as the Maasplassen with beautiful recreation on and in the water, various shopping possibilities in Roermond with a very beautiful old town or directly opposite with the famous outlet center. Furthermore, you will find recreation & shopping possibilities in "De Groote Peel with heath and swimming pool.
Also in the village Roggel (in approx. 2km distance) you find purchase possibilities with Discountern like bsp. Aldi and LIDL.
Our property is located on a 400 sqm plot with direct view and access to the lake in which the guests (only these!) May also fish.
The very spacious plot is located on the quiet and luxurious Vennehof and stands for absolute relaxation. It is enclosed with beautiful hedges and offers a very large sunbathing lawn with banana plants and palm trees. Attached to the sunbathing lawn is a shed, in which you will also find a large double fridge with a large freezer compartment.
The outdoor areas naturally include a rustic pavilion, directly on the lake and under a very beautiful walnut tree, which provides absolutely reliable protection against mosquitoes by releasing essential oils. Next to it is the "Weber grill station"
In addition, this luxury chalet has a very large outdoor terrace with luxury dining area for up to 6 people and a comfortable lounge couch with a magnificent view of the lake. This outdoor terrace is shaded from May to October with 2 sun sails and offers reliable sun & rain protection.
On another, somewhat narrower side, you can enjoy the sun in two sun loungers until late in the evening.
As darkness falls, the entire outdoor area is bathed in a very cosy ambient light.
The interior of the luxury chalet impresses with its very spacious living room with large living couch, with swivel 55-inch OLED TV, which is optionally available with German Satelitten HD programs or with Dutch cable network. A home cinema system of the noble brand "Teufel" round off the experience in possible bad weather. Also available is a Blurayplayer, with various Blurays & DVD's, a Playstation 3 and various games.

Here you also have direct access to the large outdoor terrace and the lake. From the entrance area you have direct access to two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and two built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has an extremely comfortable couch, which can be easily converted into a spacious double bed for 2 people, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin with large cupboards and a shower cubicle.
The luxury chalet has central heating which can be controlled by a "NEST" thermostat. In addition, the chalet can be booked with air conditioning at an extra cost (recommended in the summer months). The chalet has high quality mosquito screens on all windows. W-Lan is already included for 1 device.
The leisure park offers you numerous facilities including a subtropical swimming pool, a large covered plaza with indoor games facilities, a supermarket with bakery shop, a snack bar, an à la carte restaurant, a cafeteria & a sports café. Tennis courts, sports fields, a fishing pond and a mini golf course are also available for use. In the summer months you can also enjoy the open-air wave pool and the rowing & swimming pond with beach and sunbathing lawn. These are located next to a large climbing & playground.

A dream chalet.
On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners.
The chalet leaves nothing to be desired.
Lovingly furnished, with all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation.
The air conditioning and the outdoor shower are the "ultimate" in the summer temperatures.
The perfect vacation destination for those seeking tranquility.

Beautiful chalet in a beautiful location
Dirk and Suzanne's chalet is located in a beautiful spot at camping de Leistert. It is all the way at the back of the campsite, away from all the hustle and bustle, with a magnificent view over the water.
The chalet itself is "concealed" and can hardly be seen from the path or the other side of the water.
The chalet looks beautiful. Inside, the chalet is equipped with all the conveniences. Outside, it is amazing, with multiple seating areas, sunbeds, and a huge barbecue.
This accommodation has exceeded our expectations. If we were to go to de Leistert again, we would definitely book this chalet.
There is plenty to do in the area, and this is a great base for a nice vacation!

I would like to leave you a positive review about the booking and our stay at the luxurious chalet "Lakeview". From the beginning, the booking of the chalet was uncomplicated and professional. The communication with you was always friendly and helpful, so we felt well taken care of.
The chalet "Lakeview" exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by the excellent outdoor area. The view of the pond was simply breathtaking and created a relaxed atmosphere during our stay.
The interior of the chalet was also first-class. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It was obvious that a lot of attention to detail was put into the design.

Tropical vacation in The Netherlands
The house and garden is more than 5 star! Everything is with great taste and care put Together. Very clean and new. We had 4 corners in the garden where we could sit, al technical equipment was There: for example airco, outside sun screens, soundbox and television, automatic lights, beautifull lightening outside which was great in the evenings when our Children where in bed and we could enjoy the overview over the lake. We would recommend it to Everyone!

Prachtig chalet!
Wat een fijn chalet op een rustig gelegen gedeelte van het park. Je merkt bij binnenkomst al dat er erg veel liefde en tijd in is gestopt. De tuin is echt een pareltje met veel leuke details en mooi uitzicht! We hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Een heel mooi huis. Alles was schoon en netjes. Mooie, rustige locatie aan het water. Met een mooi grasgedeelte en zitgedeelte.

Fantastische chalet op een geweldige camping
Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de chalet van Dirk en Susanne. Wij vonden het eigenlijk geen chalet maar een klein huisje opzich. Een heerlijke ruime woonkamer met een lekkere bank, open keuken die voorzien is van alles wat je thuis ook gebruikt. Bedden slapen heerlijk en voldoende kastruimte op de slaapkamers. Badkamer met douche en toilet is netjes en wederom met lekker veel kastruimte. Buiten vonden wij het een klein paradijsje!! Verschillende zitjes waaronder de heerlijke zitzakken, gezellige lampjes met het uitzicht op het meertje. In het meertje mag je vissen maar door de vele waterlelies hebben wij dit niet gedaan. Verder is er een lekker grasveldje met ligbedden en een schuurtje met een grote koelkast en dievries. 1x boodschappen doen en je hoeft eigenlijk de hele vakantie niet weer.
De camping is erg mooi, groot dus een fiets huren is wel aan te raden. De camping is ziet er verzorgd uit en faciliteiten en animatieprogramma voor de kids zijn top.
Kortom voor wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.

Dream chalet
In Corona times we were not sure how to organise our holiday. So we decided to book a chalet holiday. We had done that years ago, but at the time we were not really happy with the supposed chalet. Here it was completely different. We moved into a fantastic chalet, which is furnished and equipped with so much love and luxury that we are considering booking 14 days there next year. We can only say that the entire description corresponds to what we expected. The owners were very kind and helpful in providing us with information beforehand and left us with no questions. Inside the chalet all information was summarised in writing. We say thank you very much for the hospitality, we will be very happy to come back.

Hello dear guests, because there have been professional changes with us, we have now decided to give our luxury chalet for the summer holidays in the rental. The chalet is since 2016 in our possession and are themselves as often as possible on site. Accordingly, we have furnished the chalet to suit our tastes rather than the usual "just functional" for guest rental. We are constantly developing the interior as well as the exterior. For example, some of the photos were taken in the course of 2020, so of course the flora and fauna have also evolved.
