In such a luxury holiday you expect better beds. Both after a night suffer from back pain. Divan would be much better.

Unfortunately the garden is not fenced so the dogs must remain on a leash (especially dogs to stay in the Tecih swim ;-))

The arrival was a bit confusing. We were waiting for someone to come to the key. When that took us, we called and found the keys on the table and we could be in the house. The house was beautiful. Large, comfortable, fine beds and everything was in for a nice holiday. We were welcomed with a nice wine on the table, very attentive. The area is a bit boring. You are far from far away. There is only a dike for the house, with hundreds of sheep that produced a bit of poop for you. The shops were far away. In the village there was only a bakery and a fritestent. Even when we went cycling, what could be beautiful, you should keep in mind that there are little terraces or shops. So take a lot of yourself on the go. Because we had beautiful weather and so on the road by bike, it was not that bad, but in bad weather you are far from far away.

We were present earlier than 15.00h (+/- 30min). We were not allowed in because they were still cleaning. Everything was tidy clean except the high ceilings were full of bugs. The beds sleep well! The rest of the house is also fantastic! The surroundings are soothing, we personally expected more "fish water" at short walking distance. As it is described as a fisherman's cottage. We also had a great, good, fun holiday!

The accommodation is as described just great. There was nothing missing and you got a lot of space. It was all clean and functional. We immediately felt comfortable. My little daughter found the sheep especially great, right after getting up she went to see if there are still all there. From the environment one must drive something. Shopping possibilities are many but only by car. It was our first holiday in Holland and we are very happy to return.

The house is located directly on the dike. Altogether there are only 4 houses together. The house was very easy to find with GPS, even if it is only accessible via (very) small streets. The decor is great, everything available, what you need. Modern furnished. The basement can be heated by a gas fire, really a nice solution. Upstairs you heated over a floor heating, which unfortunately did not work out, but rather because of the (non-existent) instruction. Shops are a bit further away, which should be in the location of the house but clear. Behind the house is a small garden. But the gardens of the individual houses are connected, so it can happen that a neighbor's dog appears in the garden.

On arrival, the back door was open and the key was on the table. The accommodation was clean, beds made (unfortunately, when I picked up the beds, I saw some not so fresh spots on the mattresses). The environment was in a word super, quiet, rural, everything we expected. However, we had a dog with us and in the prospectus that was on the table it was made clear that dogs were welcome if we would ensure that they were on a lead and would not cause a nuisance for the neighbors. We have adhered to this, something we always do. On Thursday the caretaker / gardener came to mow the grass and had his dog, who ran free, with him. This resulted in a bad luck with our dog who was in at the time but wanted to defend "his terrain" and ran outside !! I find this impossible, ask guests to keep their dog on a leash and then always let your dog run free.

Wonderful location. Peace and space. House is fantastic. Fully equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated. A nice bottle of red wine upon arrival. Take your bike with you, because there are many beautiful small villages in the immediate area. Harlingen and Hindeloopen are worth a visit. Our dogs also had a great time.

Dear landlord, very nice new & modern house with very good facilities, furniture, kitchen and wonderful gas oven \/ fireplace. Unfortunately We could only stay for 3 days. We liked it. We might try come back again with warm weather and enjoy cycling. Best regards

It was a very pleasant stay.The would be nice if the gardens of the houses were also identified in connection with our two dogs. It would be useful if there was a small table to eat outside. We will be back again, to the kind of Friesland.

A very nice house, but a little noisy. There is even a washing machine, kitchen is well equipped Sorry, no German Fernehsender. We looked on the Internet \/ listening to the radio. WIFI is slow and therefore you often failures. Definitely take flashlight, evening it is pitch dark :-) Overall, we felt very well.

We had 4 people and 2 dogs great 2 weeks at the house Zeedijk I. The house is beautifully appointed and has means to us personally really liked. There is a washing machine and the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The house is only 1.5 years old and very well maintained in top condition and. We would recommend it with dog !!!!

Everything was as described, key collection was smooth. The environment is very quiet, the next villages are actually only accessible by bike or car. For long walks along the dam can be made. Excursions to Harlingen or Leeuwarden are highly recommended and you can reach the places well on the highways.

We have spent very nice days in your home. As suggestion instructions of electrical appliances would be to deposit in English \/ German. The adjustment of heating between upper and lower floor could be optimized. Otherwise everything was great. We will recommend the house.

Due to the navigation system, we had lost our way first. So came 30min later. That was not a problem because our villa was already waiting for us. We felt very comfortable in the house and spent a wonderful holiday. The house is modern and very clean. Equipment, among others. Washing machine and dishwasher offer a high level of comfort. The beds are very good. It is recommended to bring table sets or table linen. Since really no laundry is available. Very good shopping possibilities are within a few minutes. The location is fantastic, right behind the dyke. It is absolutely quiet and at night very dark, - take the flashlight. Our recommendation for visitors necessarily mosquito protection, even in September we had very many Schnaken. For the car drivers the many sheep make an eerie dirt, absolutely pay attention to the parking lot and avoid the further road on the dyke. We would book this hotel again at any time.

The cottage was very modern and clean! We were very bothered by the storm! You really needed earplugs to sleep at night. This was very annoying, everything rattled and the fish on top made a noise! We have spent a pleasant week in this well-equipped house. We have not seen any of the landlords. The house is comfortable and if the weather is nice, it will certainly be a nice place to stay with children. The area is typically polder on the Wadden Sea. Nice and interesting towns to visit.

Lovely house, nice environment. Very rural with sheep everywhere and beautiful view from the dike over the mudflats. Note that the garden is not closed off from other houses, occasionally a neighbor dog came to sniff. We didn't mind, we also have a dog ourselves.

We stayed in a nice, detached holiday home just behind a dike of the Wadden Sea. The immediate area is a bit boring because of long straight paths along vast agricultural companies. In the house we had the misfortune that appliances were broken (combi microwave), broke (built-in refrigerator) and that batteries of the necessary remote controls were not present or empty. A beautiful, modern kitchen island with induction hob stands in stark contrast to a small TV, whose reception via digitenne faltered too often.

Wonderfully quiet, only the free-roaming dike sheep and birds can be heard. Sitting on the dike watching the sunset is pure relaxation. The house is modernly furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. We'll be back, thank you! Greetings from the 3-generation family from Meerbusch
