Thanks to the large windows and French doors to the outside, you literally bring the greenery inside. The garden surrounding the house is green, spacious, and offers plenty of privacy. There are several places to sit, both in the sun and in the shade. The garden is fenced at the back and parking is available on private property, directly at the house. The holiday home is fully equipped for a carefree stay.
Wadden Holiday Home Knusse Keet is located in a quiet part of a small-scale holiday park. There is a small swimming pool, playground, and sports facilities such as a tennis court, table tennis, and pétanque.
The surroundings of Tzummarum are rich in nature and tranquility, with characteristic Frisian villages and the city of Leeuwarden just 20 minutes away by car. House Rules Wadden Holiday Home Knusse Keet
1. General
• Treat Wadden Holiday Home Knusse Keet as if it were your own home and be careful with furniture and equipment. Indoor furniture may not be moved outside.
• The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Additional overnight guests are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside. If you wish to smoke, you may do so outside on the terrace. There is a special outdoor ashtray in the cupboard in the living room.
• To prevent clogging of the sewer, only toilet paper may be thrown in the toilet. Please throw wet wipes and moist toilet paper in the trash can.
• Charging electric cars is unfortunately not possible because the current electricity grid cannot handle it. There is a charging station in the parking lot at the entrance of the park. The batteries of electric bicycles can be charged. • A remote control is available in the house so that you can access the park with your car. Everywhere in the park you must drive at walking pace. Parking is only allowed on the plot of the holiday home or in the parking lot.
• The use of WiFi must be limited to legal and normal activities.
• Please do not leave any food scraps in the garden (not even bread for the birds) due to pests and dogs of other guests who might eat it. • It is not allowed to sit on the garden cushions or indoor furniture with wet swimwear. You may sit on the plastic garden chairs with wet swimwear.
• Barbecuing on the terrace is allowed in a safe and responsible manner. Fire pits are not allowed.
• Taking off shoes in the house is appreciated. Thank you for your cooperation!
2. Safety
• In case of emergency: first call 112, make sure everyone is safe, and then inform us. Important phone numbers for the general practitioner, pharmacy, and veterinarian are listed in the information guide of the house.
• A fire extinguisher is present. It is located in the closet of the downstairs bedroom.
• Loss of keys must be reported immediately.
• Make sure that all doors and windows are properly closed when you leave the house.
• Make sure the gas is turned off when you leave the house.
• There is no permanent supervision of the park’s facilities. The use of these facilities is at your own risk.
3. Waste
• Between Vogels Tun and Bargereed you will find the recycling station. Offer waste separated (glass, paper and residual) and as small as possible.
4. Peace and neighbors
• Do not cause any nuisance in any form during your stay. Between 22:00 and 07:00 it must be quiet.
• It is fine to receive visitors who are not staying overnight. Parties and events are not allowed.
5. Children
• Babies and (young) children are very welcome at Wadden Vakantiewoning Knusse Keet. Games and (outdoor) toys are available.
• Plastic children's tableware, cups, and cutlery are provided. There is also an IKEA Antilop chair with seat reducer available, as well as a non-slip mat and toilet seat reducer. A stair gate is installed at the top of the stairs. The power outlets are fitted with socket protectors. • I would like to ask you to ensure that the interior does not become stained or damaged.
6. Pets
• Calm dogs (maximum 2) are very welcome at Wadden Vakantiewoning Knusse Keet. Animals other than dogs are not allowed.
• I ask you to ensure that the furniture is not damaged and that the floor does not get scratched from running/playing. Inside is a place to rest; outside, they can play in the garden.
• Dogs are not allowed on the sofa, armchairs, and beds. Are you afraid that your dog will jump on the couch out of habit? Then bring a blanket just in case to cover it.
• Food bowls and poop bags are available in the gray cabinet in the living room. Do not use tableware or cutlery for the dog.
• The dog is not allowed to relieve itself in the garden. Please clean it up if this does happen and take a walk through the garden on the check-out day to check.
• Note: there may be acorns in the garden. These are poisonous for dogs. Adult dogs know this; for young dogs, this can be dangerous.
• In the park, the dog must be kept on a leash. It is mandatory to have a bag for excrement with you when walking your pet and to ensure the excrement is cleaned up.
• Do not leave your dog alone in the holiday home.
7. Damage
• Report it immediately to the hostess if something is not in order upon arrival in the house. In consultation, an appropriate solution will be sought. If something accidentally gets broken during your stay, please report this immediately so that replacement can be arranged on changeover day and, in case of major damage, a solution can be sought together.

Super
Wat een heerlijk huisje was knusse Keet. Gelegen aan de elfsteden route, vlak aan de Waddenzee en op steenworp afstand van Leeuwarden en de boot naar Terschelling en Vlieland.
Ik was hier samen met vriendin en mijn twee honden, die zich hier prima kunnen vermaken en alle vrijheid hadden rondom het huisje.
Kortom
Een heerlijk huisje, maar het was veel te kort om van alles te genieten. Wij komen zeker terug
