This luxurious water villa for 8 people is located in the Aqua Village park in Kortgene, directly on the Veerse Meer.
This is a popular place for every water sports enthusiast. The villa has its own jetty and is therefore ideal for a holiday by boat. With the Delta Marina around the corner, you as a boat owner are fully equipped here.
The entrance of the villa provides access to four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a twin bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A spacious wellness bathroom with whirlpool and steam cabin and a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and sink. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet.
Via the stairs in the hall you reach the first floor of this luxurious holiday home. From the stylish, bright living room you have a fantastic view of the Veerse Meer. There is a cozy sitting area with flat screen TV, a dining area for 8 people and a cozy wood stove. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a combination microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a wide view over the Veerse Meer. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset until the wee hours. From the balcony, the spiral staircase on the outside of the house gives you access to the beautiful garden with its own jetty (1.80 meters wide, maximum boat length 9 meters). Because the house is located directly on the water, we recommend that you bring a life jacket for children.
There is plenty to do around the Veerse Meer! Rent a (sailing) boat and sail from your own jetty to one of the many uninhabited islands in the Veerse Meer, go for action on the water ski course of Schotsman Watersport or take a walk through the beautiful nature reserve De Schotsman. On arrival it was only 10 degrees inside. After 3 hours still only 12 degrees and they are coming in from Ruiterplaat holidays. It was not comfortable until the next morning.

The house is very good and quiet, you can go directly from the private jetty. In the vicinity there are numerous beautiful beaches, fine sand and wide, water quality very good. Small tip, parking time exactly abide- when exceeded € 60 penalty!

It is a beautiful Water Villa in a top location. It is true that the villa really needs renovation, the deck outside the living room is really dangerous, the chairs that are there that go easily between the shelves so that you can goes behind with chair and everything that has happened to us a few times. Furthermore, the villa just really needs a major makeover and again the location makes up for a lot but just not enough for what you pay per week for this Water Villa.

Fine, large house in a beautiful location. We loved the place! House itself does need a makeover. Dishwasher is bad, one of the bathrooms stinks because a hose from the washing machine is badly closed, walls are dirty, bath drained poorly and there was sand on the mattresses. There are also no 8 dining room chairs and no 8 garden chairs. Bathroom with luxury bath/shower is not completely in proportion with the rest of the house. Neat garden and spot make up for it!
