Unfortunately only one toilet! - The supposedly existing second in the 1st floor, which was completed, would have made absolute sense in occupancy with -6 people. During the previous stay we had the same type of house with the corresponding toilet on the first floor.

Spent two weeks in Kortgene There are plenty of nice places in the area to visit such as Zierikzee and Veere. Our house (No. 61) was spacious and had a beautiful, pretty garden.

The cottage was completely furnished and equipped with everything on arrival. You could see that it was polished because the floor was wet when we entered. The rest of the park, on the other hand, struck us a little. The fries and catering facilities were closed every Monday and Tuesday ... That means that you can not even sit down for a drink on those days. Very sorry. Also the pool fell us down. There is plenty of choice, but it is very cold (with a baby we unfortunately can not swim) and the changing room and pool were not clean.

The registration at the reception went smoothly after we understood that there is an extra barrier for the villas and a separate one for campers. We found house number 86 straight away. The decor of the house was good and the size for 6 plus baby perfectly adequate. There is a star deduction for cleanliness. Unfortunately, the house had not been cleaned thoroughly. We found items from the previous owners under the couch. Also used pads in the coffee machine, as well as dirty, not gummed grill. The environment is fantastic. The lake is almost on the doorstep, shops are nearby and there are plenty of things to do for children. The sea is less than 10 km away and is surrounded by a beautiful and, above all, family-friendly beach. Despite Corona, it was one of the most beautiful vacations. We would book there again anytime!

We arrived in Kortgene on a Monday morning in September. Beautiful Belvilla with all the trimmings. We had deliberately asked for a house which was not directly on the water because of small children. We got a nice spot with a playground practically in the backyard. Furthermore, the house was very nice light and fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc). A nice place to store the bikes and a great terrace. Beautiful rural environment and close to the sea, but in the park also a beach, pool and playground (also for the little ones).

Der Schlüsseltransfer gut! Aber: Das Haus war furchtbar dreckig und fanden von Anhieb schon 33 Punkte die einfach nicht akzeptabel waren um hier eine Woche Urlaub zu machen. Man bot uns alternativhäuser an, die genauso nicht akzeptabel waren um entspannt Urlaub zu machen, da sie genauso dreckig waren wie unser Haus. Wir haben schon viel Urlaub gemacht aber sowas noch nicht erlebt. Nach dem Kontakt mit dem Chat von belvilla, haben wir noch anschließend versucht den Notruf zu erreichen, leider war dieser nicht zu erreichen, da kein Durchkommen gelang und wir haben es von 2 Handys mind. jeweils 5 mal versucht. Wir hatten vor den Urlaub zu stornieren und zurück zu fahren. Da wir aber von 800km Entfernung kommen und mit Hund und Baby im Gepäck, haben wir uns mit der Rezeption eine Grundreinigung des Hauses geeinigt, der Reinigungsfirma wurde im Haus alle Punkte von uns selber gezeigt, die anschließende Reinigung war nur befriedigend. Ansonsten ist die Anlage in Ordnung.

The house that we got on site was very nice, spacious, clean, well located and well equipped. But it is not the house in the pictures. According to statements made by the client advisor there is this house no longer available. We were stepped up from the 6 person house on a house 8 people. The phone calls to the customer advisers in this regard were dubious, but in the end everything worked out and we have (after I complained) actually no longer have to pay. In the Easter holidays it was pleasantly quiet in the area.

We were on summer vacation for a long weekend at "Villa Park de Paardekreek". We called four adults, two children (11 & 6 yrs) and a dog. The Ferienparrk boasts an enviable location right on the sea verses. But the arrival proved to be extremely quick and easy. We were too early because (13:30 clock) and inlet to the villas is really only from 15:00 clock, but we were told at the reception there was no problem at all, the house was already free and how were immediately the inlet cards. Although we did not get the hotel you booked with pitched roof (as described in the posting) jeoch a completely equivalent. Although we have stayed in many holiday homes in Zeeland, but this villa had already earned its name. The house was very generous and offered us 6 people with dog a lot of space. We felt very comfortable. Very beautiful surroundings. A grill and a sun umbrella on site would have been great. A stand for the sun umbrella is available but unfortunately no umbrella. We bought a small charcoal grill and left it on site. We arrived in Kortgene on a Monday morning in September. Beautiful Belvilla with all the trimmings. We had deliberately asked for a house which was not directly on the water because of small children. We got a nice spot with a playground practically in the backyard. Beautiful rural environment and close to the sea, but in the park also a beach, pool and playground (also for the little ones).

The playground was very nice, perfect location on the Veerse lake. Kortgene itself is not very much, but the larger cities like Middelburg, Vlissingen, Goes (recommended), located at a short distance from the park. The beach is located in the vicinity. All in all a nice midweek had at this park.

The registration at the reception went smoothly after we understood that there is an extra barrier for the villas and a separate one for campers. We found house number 86 straight away. The decor of the house was good and the size for 6 plus baby perfectly adequate. There is a star deduction for cleanliness. Unfortunately, the house had not been cleaned thoroughly. We found items from the previous owners under the couch. Also used pads in the coffee machine, as well as dirty, not gummed grill. The environment is fantastic. The lake is almost on the doorstep, shops are nearby and there are plenty of things to do for children. The sea is less than 10 km away and is surrounded by a beautiful and, above all, family-friendly beach. Despite Corona, it was one of the most beautiful vacations. We would book there again anytime!

The park had facilities to suit all the family and the marina and village are all within walking distance. A super holiday that we would recommend to anyone who would like to experience Dutch culture and hospitality. A very good base to discover local sights and even as far as Brugge and Amsterdam.
