Upon arrival, it is immediately apparent that the terrace around the house has long since seen its best days. Shelves are missing, others are loose or standing up. Be careful not to stumble. There is no window in the toilet and the extractor is broken. The same applies to the shower and the glass door of the shower cubicle prefers to be left alone because it screams when you want to move it. The glass door of the terrace is in a corner with the terrace gate on top. Also broken. The double doors to that terrace cannot be locked. The horizontal slats present almost everywhere are not clean and the roof of the other terrace is dirty . But luckily so are the windows so you can't see it from the inside. The lounge set is broken, the TV remote control in the bedroom is also not working. There are flower pots with plant remains on the terrace. The gas burners of the stove have two positions; fully open and fully closed. Only the wok burner is an exception to this. All in all, quite a nice holiday home with a beautiful garden but with a lot of overdue maintenance. We reported some broken things but the contact person said that the owner is not doing anything about it. Too bad, paid too much money for this accommodation.

Holiday from July 3 to July 10, 2020 Upon arrival we were received by the caretaker of the home. Nets explained what the possibilities were in the house and she wished us a pleasant stay. The house felt cozy and it was neatly delivered. We could also make nice use of the terrace at the cottage. The cottage was part of a park and was nicely laid out with water and green strips. There was plenty to do in the area so that we also enjoyed ourselves outside the park. week holiday we look back on a successful holiday that can be repeated.

The space was not clean when we arrived. We had to clean the space before we left and we had to pay for cleaning costs. Actually this is disappointing and unacceptable. When we left we were informed that the owner had been in the house before we arrived and did not clean up after themselves. Unacceptable. We will not book this ever again. It was NOT worth the money. Right outside our house was a trench half dug and the patio had workers gloves and spades. Also unacceptable.

The nature is very diverse, many different types of (water) birds spotted and jumping rabbits in the field and especially not forget the cute lambs. In short, we went home completely zen!

We stayed 1 week in June in this beautiful house. Inside everything was neatly clean and everything was there. Perfect. Unfortunately, the outside was not in order. The windows on the outside and the overhanging roof were very dirty. At the front and side of the terrace, several decking parts were loose and dangerous (trip hazard) The windshield with passage was also broken. These were just on the terrace. The bench on the terrace had sagged. There were 2 nice adjustable outdoor chairs with a small umbrella. The park was wonderfully quiet and clean. Unfortunately, we could not count on the weekend opening hours of the catering facility at the park. The cottage is located near the entrance gate of the park which causes quite a lot of noise. It can also smell quite bad at the park in warm weather with low water levels. You can make wonderful cycling trips in the area and there are plenty of restaurants.

The space was not clean when we arrived. We had to clean the space before we left and we had to pay for cleaning costs. Actually this is disappointing and unacceptable. When we left we were informed that the owner had been in the house before we arrived and did not clean up after themselves. Unacceptable. We will not book this ever again. It was NOT worth the money. Right outside our house was a trench half dug and the patio had workers gloves and spades. Also unacceptable.

We stayed 1 week in June in this beautiful house. Inside everything was neatly clean and everything was there. Perfect. Unfortunately, the outside was not in order. The windows on the outside and the overhanging roof were very dirty. At the front and side of the terrace, several decking parts were loose and dangerous (trip hazard) The windshield with passage was also broken. These were just on the terrace. The bench on the terrace had sagged. There were 2 nice adjustable outdoor chairs with a small umbrella. The park was wonderfully quiet and clean. Unfortunately, we could not count on the weekend opening hours of the catering facility at the park. The cottage is located near the entrance gate of the park which causes quite a lot of noise. It can also smell quite bad at the park in warm weather with low water levels. You can make wonderful cycling trips in the area and there are plenty of restaurants.

Upon arrival, it is immediately apparent that the terrace around the house has long since seen its best days. Shelves are missing, others are loose or standing up. Be careful not to stumble. There is no window in the toilet and the extractor is broken. The same applies to the shower and the glass door of the shower cubicle prefers to be left alone because it screams when you want to move it. The glass door of the terrace is in a corner with the terrace gate on top. Also broken. The double doors to that terrace cannot be locked. The horizontal slats present almost everywhere are not clean and the roof of the other terrace is dirty . But luckily so are the windows so you can't see it from the inside. The lounge set is broken, the TV remote control in the bedroom is also not working. There are flower pots with plant remains on the terrace. The gas burners of the stove have two positions; fully open and fully closed. Only the wok burner is an exception to this. All in all, quite a nice holiday home with a beautiful garden but with a lot of overdue maintenance. We reported some broken things but the contact person said that the owner is not doing anything about it. Too bad, paid too much money for this accommodation.

Holiday from July 3 to July 10, 2020 Upon arrival we were received by the caretaker of the home. Nets explained what the possibilities were in the house and she wished us a pleasant stay. The house felt cozy and it was neatly delivered. We could also make nice use of the terrace at the cottage. The cottage was part of a park and was nicely laid out with water and green strips. There was plenty to do in the area so that we also enjoyed ourselves outside the park. week holiday we look back on a successful holiday that can be repeated.

Was good and complete. Environment: Nice and quiet, not super central Information on Belvilla website and booking confirmation are unclear and different with regard to extra costs for final cleaning.
