Description
We completely renovated our house in September 2017. It is equipped with all comforts: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and 5-burner gas cooker. (Don't feel like cooking? 5 minutes' walk is a nice bistro with cafeteria) In addition, it is modernly furnished, with corner sofa, French doors, where you enter the fully enclosed garden with lounge and covered garden table, so you can sit outside even in the rain.
The garden is conveniently located, with sunshine all day.
Directly behind the garden is a playground, which can be accessed through the private garden gate. Ideal for small children.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are rented out. 1 room has a double bed. the other room has a loft bed.
Pets are not allowed in our property.

What to do in the area
Bike rental
Reception of the park you can rent bikes ( also electric ) if you want to experience one
of the cycling routes.
Playground
The park has two playgrounds with various playground equipment such as a
spring seesaw bull, multi swing, climbing frame, climbing route, wooden
football arena, benches.
Boules
At the park you will find a completely renovated boules
court and table tennis table.
You can hire the boules balls at the reception, bats and ping-pong balls
balls you can buy or hire at reception.
Table tennis
Have fun playing table tennis, bats and balls are available at reception.
Library
In reception there is a small library where you can borrow books.
If you were unable to finish reading the book during your stay, you can
feel free to take it home.
Golf
A short distance from our park you will find De Goese Golf. The golf course is
a polder course on 12 of the 18 holes the player has to deal with
water hazards. There is also a 9-hole par 3 course.
This is the largest golf complex in Zeeland. Here you will find
a challenging 18-hole championship course. It is a beautiful, watery
park course. Landscaped in Zeeland's polder landscape. The course has
wide fairways, creeks and water features.
Diving
diving hotspot Wemeldinge-Kattendijke
On the southern side of the Oosterschelde is the first 5* diving hotspot in
Netherlands.
Underwater, the dive spots between Wemeldinge and Kattendijke are
are known for their exuberant and varied marine life.
Belgian divers in particular know how to find these dive spots.
That is why the Dutch diving association NOB, together with the
Belgian diving association, the municipalities of Kapelle, Goes and the European Union
realised facilities for recreational divers above water, so that you can dive here
can dive comfortably.
In the year 2015, the European Championships
underwater photography took place here.
Sailing
If you want to enjoy a day on the water, Zeeland offers numerous

Great accommodation
We spent lovely days here. The house is very clean and nicely furnished. We didn't want for anything. Very good location, not far from the sea and very practical for families as a gate leads directly from the garden to the playground. Child-friendly accommodation. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again ?

Ideal für den Familienurlaub in Zeeland
Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus einen schönen Familienurlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern ist der direkte Anschluss an den Spielplatz. Wemeldinge ist ein schöner kleiner Ferienort mit Jachthafen und kleinem Strand. Der Park ist sehr ruhig und liegt in einer grünen Umgebung. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Woche ende Wemeldinge
Wir haben das Wochenende in diese Ferienhaus in Wemeldinge Verbracht. Es ist ein geräumiges und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Park direkt am Meer. Wemeldinge hat verschiedene Restaurants, Bars und einen schönen Yachthafen. Sie können schnell und einfach nach Goes, Veere, Middelburg oder Vlissingen Fahren. Wir werden sicherlich noch eine Woche oder länger hier sein, um in Zukunft Feiertage zu feiern.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Sehr hübsches und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Nach nettem Austausch mit den Eigentümern hatten wir uns für dieses gut und modern ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit hübschen Garten entschieden. Die für Holland übliche steile Haustreppe ist zwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür stimmt sonst aber alles Andere. Man merkt dem Häuschen viel Liebe zum Detail der Eigentümer an, es ist geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Hinter dem Garten ist der Spielplatz perfekt für Familien, auch der Strand und das Zentrum sind fußnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Häuschen guten Gewissens einwandfrei weiterempfehlen! Danke nochmal für den hilfreichen Kontakt!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Baby. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist auch super! Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We zijn ist september 2017 trotse eigenaar van deze splendid, modern in-law vakantiewoning. We hebben voor deze lokatie gekozen, omdat we graag aan het water vertoeven en het pal aan het strand ligt. Wemeldinge is a splendidly picturesque Zeeuws dorpje, met een mooie jachthaven en vele restaurantjes. De omgeving is splendid he is genoeg te doen. Ons huis he een heerlijke zonnige tuin, wilt is omgeven door veel groen, dus veel privacy, waardoor je helemaal tot rust comt.
