The spacious and modern chalets sit on spacious lots on the Poort van Zeeland resort that opened in 2016.
You can book three different types of chalets. There is a 4-pers. chalet (NL-3221-32) with two bedrooms. There is also a second a 4-pers. chalet (NL-3221-33) with two bedrooms. The difference between these two types is, in particular, the exterior and the interior.
And finally, there is a 6-pers. variant (NL-3221-34). This chalet has three bedrooms.
The chalets are all modern, comfortable and fully furnished. Because of the large windows, there is a lot of light in the living room. The kitchens have a dishwasher, combi microwave and coffee maker. The beds are all box-springs, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Each chalet has a garden with terrace and garden furniture that you can enjoy. There is a parking space for one car at the chalet.

The Poort van Zeeland Resort opened its doors in 2016.
It's located on the natural island of Voorne-Putten, 5 km. from the centre of the South Holland Hellevoetsluis. The associated beaches, as well as the Haringvliet beach, are close by. The first beach is just a two minute walk away. You can enjoy a stay here the entire year round. Of course, you can relax on the beach, but there are also various water sports options.
Various facilities can be found in the park itself. There is a restaurant, a snack bar, an (indoor) playground and you can rent a bicycle. An animation team organises a substantial variety activities. In the Adventuredome, your kids can climb to their heart's content, play laser tag, glow-in-the-dark mini golf and escape from an escape room. Near the park, you will find one of the most beautiful dune areas in Europe. There are various bird and plant species and Scottish Highlanders wandering around. The best way to discover this area is by hiking or bicycling.
There are plenty of opportunities for day trips. Whether you visit a city (Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Middelburg are easily reached by car), want to be active or enjoy nature, it's all possible. When the weather is nice, a visit to the water park Aquapark Splash at Hellevoetsluis is definitely recommended.
In short; the Poort van Zeeland Resort has all the ingredients for a successful holiday; sea, nature and lots of fun activities for the children and various possibilities for day trips.

Were helped quickly and were immediately in the cottage, everything was nice and clean. All the present present present I did miss the screens on the windows in the bedrooms, which resulted in nightly hunting parties. I called the provider the day before and agreed that we would come to our house at 1pm. The house was then ready but only at 1545 clock. The house itself was very modern and nicely decorated. It was just a pity that it was not very clean. We complained and stateless the final cleaning gitgeschriwben get. The staff was very friendly. In addition, the rooms were extremely small. Our house for 6 people was far too small! Luckily we had good weather, so we spent a lot of time outside. Another problem was that we had only a parking space and a key for a 6 person house. This is a logistical challenge, if not all together leave the park and come back. The beach is not very large and you also have no foresight, because it is more of a "lagoon", but the water is extremely shallow sloping. So perfect for kids. The park and the house is not great but definitely acceptable. What is not acceptable, however, is the indoor playground. This was crucial for our booking and was not even half finished, everywhere was trash and for the trampoline you would have to pay € 1 per 7 minutes!

Unfortunately, a duvet cover was missing, night without..We had received a form on arrival to order sandwiches the next morning. Here you could also specify a time to pick it up. The next morning there were no sandwiches ready for us and they still had to go into the oven. Together with several guests he drove to the village to get sandwiches.

A very nice and very modern park, which is not far from the sea. We were 2 adults and a baby and have decided on space reasons for the 6-person-accommodation. That worked great. The staff at the front desk speaks German and was very friendly. Most of the construction work we did not notice. Excursion destinations and activities a good and generous vorhanden.Unsere small criticisms 1. On one day without explanation the water was turned off. Since we're going anyway, it was not too dramatic. In the evening there was water again. 2. Since the park is still under construction, there are construction works of which we have not noticed anything. Since we were in the finished part of the facility, we were a bit surprised that you put a shed on our property while we were still there. 3. The within walking distance to the sandy beach is an inland sea, which we thought was a pity. Also, there is no classic dike for hiking (with pram). The beach of Rockanje is only 12 minutes away by car.

The house was beautiful, the terrace too, the rest was not nice, the beach smells bad, the food on the square does not taste and is far too expensive. Everywhere the dogs are pooping, something like this has nothing to look for in a campsite. In the house, when it's warm outside, it's way too hot. Hard to bear, are totally bitten, we would not go again, the beach is really ugly and full of garbage, and also more than 200 meters away.

The holiday park is very easy to reach and in the area there are numerous shopping, swimming and other things to do (Hellevoetsluis, Rotterdam, The Hague). Especially the large playground and the Adventurdome are ideal for children. The holiday park is beautifully landscaped and we could relax in 2 weeks great. Especially the location of the Feriencharelts on the water with the many waterfowl and rabbits make the holiday park very idyllic. Despite many negative reviews we can not report anything negative. No construction noise (even if the park is not quite finished), no rude staff, just nothing. We had a very nice holiday as a family and can recommend the holiday park Europark Port van Zeeland with a clear conscience. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday with variety is here just right. Especially recommended is the beach in Rockanje. This is only a few minutes away by car and very nice and generous.

The park is still very much under construction. Little to no planting and in many places it did a bit of construction work. Also right next to our house, we looked out on sand and hay. Furthermore, the view at the back of our house was very nice, rural and free. The cottage itself is modern and looked fresh, rooms are extremely small, just fits with 6 adults. Fine garden furniture, ok beds and good kitchen.

The service was very friendly; Arrival and departure uncomplicated - for the family a real holiday, for me a pleasant, alternative working environment due to WLAN and enough space. The price-performance ratio was okay. The outdoor facilities and the overall concept are good: Different houses, with / without jetty, with / without sauna, with / without roof terrace, ... Our house (224) had a good layout, the rooms were bright and friendly. Cleanliness is always a thing. Superficially and at first glance, unfortunately not so good when living and taking a closer look: Window poorly cleaned, foxing at the joints, the wallpaper came off in some places, the drain in the bathroom sink would have to be cleaned again (water hardly ran off ), the fittings are descaled. The beds were quite saggy and very narrow. Leisure activities were oversized for what was actually there. Glowgolf z. B. was a small indoor mini golf "facility" with a few lanes that glowed in the dark. .. All in all, the vacation was nice and if you just want a change of scenery, then you can go there quite well if you don't ask too much.

Beautiful spacious park, the ambiance and decoration make it feel like an island where you imagine yourself in the dunes. Check-in between 3-5 pm, but someone from the reception is present until 8 pm, such as when you are later (like us from the top of North Friesland) using a safe with code (you will receive the codes with prior telephone contact) at the entrance of the reception can pick up the key plus pass from the entrance gate. Beautiful spacious chalet, we were with 2 adults and 2 dogs in a 6 person house. Nice comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom with rain shower. TV with Netflix account and live TV, you can alternate it. Due to the location of the houses you have a private garden and sitting outside is a bit of a nuisance from the neighbors, the area around is not fenced, so think about the dog. There are many facilities for children, playgrounds. Within walking distance of the Quackstrand and Voornes Duingebied. Water is sweet, so drinkable for the dogs. There is a section where dogs are allowed to run loose, on other parts of the beaches dogs are only allowed after 7 pm. Pay attention to that. In the old village of Goeree-Oerflakkee you also nice walking.Dogs are only allowed after 7pm, there is a lookout tower.Parkshop is quite pricey as is often the case, in Hellevoetsluis are many supermarkets and shopping centers less than 10min away.Eating out, there is too much choice. A must is certainly limani Greek restaurant in Hellevoetsluis and cafe Westerduin in Ouddorp Affordable and large portions Note, there are houses around the park which is private property, where people live, unfortunately we suffered from a loose walking shepherd who thought the rest of the park was his territory as well.

It is a spacious house with a beautiful location. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 with shower, toilet and sink. Then there is a separate shower, toilet and sink. It is pleasantly furnished. It is just a pity that there is no radio (not even on the TV)

Reception is too small for the number of visitors who have to check in from 3 pm. Is only 1 receptionist! Accommodation was good but certainly not suitable for 6 adults which was on the site. There was 1 large bedroom with a shower and toilet. 1 smaller room with 2 single beds and there was a very small room with an unsafe bunk bed that is certainly not suitable for adults. In this room also no possibility to store clothes. Environment was beautiful and good location relative to the beach.

Where do I start now ... The houses are relatively close to each other, The house was now somewhat, but if you take a closer look it was not the cleanest house. There is a strong smell of mold in the bedroom, the bed is dirty, the beds have to be made by yourself, the heating is intentionally set by the operator to a lowering temperature of 15c, this is not only at night but also during the day when nobody is in the house. Thanks to motion detectors. So we couldn't sleep at night because it was too cold and because of the mold. So get up every three hours and turn on the heating using the motion detector. Every morning we had to put on our jackets at breakfast. Temperature at breakfast 15 to 17c from 12 noon we had 20c. And when we dared to leave the house at noon, it was under 19c after three to four hours. We contacted reception every day with the answer that we have to live with this problem and it will not be changed. On our penultimate day, the warm water didn't work either. My two children 4 and 6 years old got sick on vacation as well as my wife very difficult. And since my wife is self-employed, we had a very high financial loss over the subsequent 14 days. We had to cancel our vacation due to illness on our penultimate day. Our complaint is not straightforward. Otherwise the reception was very rude. Unfortunately now have to hire a lawyer because Europarcs and Belvilla have not yet offered any compensation. Except now 50Eur Europark voucher for our next visit. (Cheek). I am now 45 years old and have had several visits to the park in Holland but this was by far the worst vacation I have ever had.

The house was very well located, very beautiful, really clean! A small detail that we did not appreciate was that it was very hot in the house and the air conditioning did not work, or so we did not know how to use it (no indications above in English), apart from that, everything was perfect 🙂
