The spacious and modern chalets sit on spacious lots on the Poort van Zeeland resort that opened in 2016.
You can book three different types of chalets. There is a 4-pers. chalet (NL-3221-32) with two bedrooms. There is also a second a 4-pers. chalet (NL-3221-33) with two bedrooms. The difference between these two types is, in particular, the exterior and the interior.
And finally, there is a 6-pers. variant (NL-3221-34). This chalet has three bedrooms.
The chalets are all modern, comfortable and fully furnished. Because of the large windows, there is a lot of light in the living room. The kitchens have a dishwasher, combi microwave and coffee maker. The beds are all box-springs, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Each chalet has a garden with terrace and garden furniture that you can enjoy. There is a parking space for one car at the chalet.

The Poort van Zeeland Resort opened its doors in 2016.
It's located on the natural island of Voorne-Putten, 5 km. from the centre of the South Holland Hellevoetsluis. The associated beaches, as well as the Haringvliet beach, are close by. The first beach is just a two minute walk away. You can enjoy a stay here the entire year round. Of course, you can relax on the beach, but there are also various water sports options.
Various facilities can be found in the park itself. There is a restaurant, a snack bar, an (indoor) playground and you can rent a bicycle. An animation team organises a substantial variety activities. In the Adventuredome, your kids can climb to their heart's content, play laser tag, glow-in-the-dark mini golf and escape from an escape room. Near the park, you will find one of the most beautiful dune areas in Europe. There are various bird and plant species and Scottish Highlanders wandering around. The best way to discover this area is by hiking or bicycling.
There are plenty of opportunities for day trips. Whether you visit a city (Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Middelburg are easily reached by car), want to be active or enjoy nature, it's all possible. When the weather is nice, a visit to the water park Aquapark Splash at Hellevoetsluis is definitely recommended.
In short; the Poort van Zeeland Resort has all the ingredients for a successful holiday; sea, nature and lots of fun activities for the children and various possibilities for day trips.
Resort Poort van Zeeland is a resort under construction. This means that work is taking place on the site. This can cause inconvenience during the day, but naturally we ensure that the inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

Very neat house. Friendly staff, who you can always contact with any questions. Beach is also nice and clean, with calm water. The real sea is a few km away, easy to reach.

the area and the accommodation have always been taken care of, the staff is always polite and helpful without exception. the entertainment program for children was good under the corona conditions and varied in connection with the play facilities inside and outside. In our opinion, documents (brochures, business cards), sights and excursion destinations in and around the holiday resort were missing. The holiday homes are largely equipped with everything necessary. In our opinion, the bathing opportunities are only satisfactory Rescue workers guaranteed. The beach area did not appeal to us so much, we have already seen and used much better facilities in other holiday resorts. The colloquial language is predominantly English, which is a shame for many Germans who use this system, where you could deal more with the holidaymakers in your language.

The chalet and the park are very modern and stylish. You immediately feel the holiday, the park is just beautiful. Unfortunately we also have to complain about the cleanliness. The sheets had partly mold stains, the windows had handprints everywhere, as well as the surface of our kitchen. Our curtains were broken and our vacuum cleaner barely worked and smelled pathetic. The sofa had huge stains and more. That immediately stands out in such a stylistic modern environment. Also we felt this chalet as too small for us. The kitchen in the passage area is really very narrow, with child not empfehlenswert.Sollten we should come again (2 adults with child) we would choose a larger chalet. The adjacent beach is not a real beach. When we arrived he was dirty, full of dogs, small and well, not at all to relax. We went to the beach in Rockanje (highly recommended!) Despite the negative points, the holiday was quite good. The playground has fallen to our daughter, as well as the rabbits who live there in the park. The service was courteous. We would book the park again but only because of the low price.

On arrival we were kindly assisted at the reception. The cottage was great in terms of size and fully equipped. Only sincerely very sloppy / dirty delivered in terms of floors and kitchen stuff. 3 pans were still dirty, a few stains on pizza pans, kitchen utensils stood in all directions in the cupboards and on the floor below the table we found an empty coke bottle, a tablecloth, pencil, and mountains of dust, also under the couch . That gives a slightly sour aftertaste. But in terms of location, space and park, top! And the bathroom was spotless. The area is really great, quiet and close to the beach and your dogs can go there, so that was super nice !! And in terms of things you have everything you need.

Fantastic beautiful park, quiet, very nice bungalow with everything on and on, clean. Right by the sea. Bicycle rental, shop. Worth the effort! We will definitely come back here. Made nice trips!

There are trash cans everywhere. Most people greeted friendly. To the beach about 8-10 minutes. Lidl, Aldi and Jumbo nearby. We'll be back -)

ReceptionVery friendly. Also speak partly German. However, most of the information was only in Dutch. German I expect not at all, but you could probably expect English. Snacks were not special, then we did not go there. Restaurant There is not a vegan dish, so we never ate there. Nicely furnished, but probably only open Fridays to Sundays. Supermarket The title is really over the top, it's a long shelf. There is nothing chilled, nothing fresh, the prices are reminiscent of a gas station. Also have more chips and so, less real food. Nothing for us. Cleanliness The obvious was perfectly cleaned bathrooms, floors, etc. But at second glance, you quickly realize that here are these Blitz-Putz teams at work, not looking so closely. On the hood was thick dust, the kettle was totally calcified, the microwave was totally dirty behind, the blanket smelled totally (probably not washed forever) and the windows were very dirty. We complained about it the next day. In addition, the controller clamped to adjust the temperature in the shower and a hook for towels had fallen off the wall right on first use. At the reception they were very friendly and promised us to send a craftsman and a cleaning team over for the afternoon. For this we had to be in the house from 15 o'clock, otherwise they would go in without us, but then you can not explain anything. So we waited from 15 o'clock. I think the craftsman came around 17 clock. He had to come back the next day because the dishwasher was running so he could not turn off the water, so not his fault. He was also there on time for the promised time and has repaired the shower in 15 minutes. Excellent! The towel hook he must allegedly buy the next working day. The welcome on arrival was not very friendly, you had to wait a long time to get the keys. Unfortunately we were charged with high additional costs, which had to be paid directly and in cash on site. The house was very nice, located on the water and very quiet with beautiful views) every night were rabbits and ducks on the lawn around our house, which has pleased our son very much) downside in the house is no air conditioning and therefore in the summer from noon ever 32 degrees (this came due to the location on the water, you mosquitoes (The cleanliness was ok, but not enough for me personally ... unfortunately we waited the entire week for a promised umbrella and the temperatures with toddler we found this inappropriate. ... especially since the umbrellas were not used on some uninhabited houses, we personally made the most of the holiday, but were mostly in Rokanje on the beach, because in the immediate vicinity was not very nice! The playground and the Adventure Dome on site loved our little son)

The accommodation was exactly as in the pictures. I found the house clean. What a bit disturbed was that no one had told me that the doors were working so strange. You have to put the handle up to lock up. Otherwise I was simply thrilled with the house. I would definitely book again. Small tip If you want to go by bus or metro you have to use a ticket. For the metro you get at bigger stops. The direct access to the metro. I did not know that either and could not pay in cash (could not go).

The couch is broken. In the kitchen under the sink there was a container under the drainpipe because it was dripping. After two days we received a monetary compensation from the park reception. The terrace is not well maintained. Weeds come out of the slabs, terrace slabs are pushed out of the subsoil. Terrace not swept before arrival (a lot of sand and shells). In general, the house looks very shabby. Bathroom is very nice and large. Approx. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes drive to town. Service in the holiday park is very friendly.
