These detached, single-storey chalets can be found in the conveniently located holiday park Resort Poort van Zeeland, 4.5 km from Rockanje and a stone's throw from a beach on the Haringvliet.
The carefully furnished chalet is available in a number of different types with different exterior and interior. All chalets have a living room with TV, an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with two single beds which could be set up as a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, you will find a small garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet.
At Holiday Park Resort Poort van Zeeland, you can book various chalets, lodges and holiday homes for four to twelve people.

The Poort van Zeeland Resort opened its doors in 2016.
It's located on the natural island of Voorne-Putten, 5 km. from the centre of the South Holland Hellevoetsluis. The associated beaches, as well as the Haringvliet beach, are close by. The first beach is just a two minute walk away. You can enjoy a stay here the entire year round. Of course, you can relax on the beach, but there are also various water sports options.
Various facilities can be found in the park itself. There is a restaurant, a snack bar, an (indoor) playground and you can rent a bicycle. An animation team organises a substantial variety activities. In the Adventuredome, your kids can climb to their heart's content, play laser tag, glow-in-the-dark mini golf and escape from an escape room. Near the park, you will find one of the most beautiful dune areas in Europe. There are various bird and plant species and Scottish Highlanders wandering around. The best way to discover this area is by hiking or bicycling.
There are plenty of opportunities for day trips. Whether you visit a city (Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Middelburg are easily reached by car), want to be active or enjoy nature, it's all possible. When the weather is nice, a visit to the water park Aquapark Splash at Hellevoetsluis is definitely recommended.
In short; the Poort van Zeeland Resort has all the ingredients for a successful holiday; sea, nature and lots of fun activities for the children and various possibilities for day trips.
Resort Poort van Zeeland is a resort under construction. This means that work is taking place on the site. This can cause inconvenience during the day, but naturally we ensure that the inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

For children there are activities all day long with a lovely animation team. Very dog-friendly. We really enjoyed the days.

Rented a house for the fourth time, each time got a different “model”. Our last house was fine, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished.

It was good. The only drawback was that there was really nothing to get at the campsite in the low season. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee. It was not indicated that everything was really closed

On arrival: cheese leftovers in the oven, uncleaned bathroom, dirty laundry from the previous tenant lying around. Fly corpses on the floor. Floor sandy. "HOUSE" has tin roof without air conditioning. At 28°C outside we had 39°C inside. Cheapest beds, kitchen worktop has huge burn holes, stove has a crack. Right next door is the park's construction yard, which works from 7 a.m. in the morning and also all day on Sunday. Beach with a direct view of the Autobahn. Dog pile bags available free of charge, but nobody uses them. Positive: good connections for city trips, beautiful beach 10 minutes away by car, shopping 15 authorities. Dutch people are super nice in general. Perfect area for bike tours. Rental e-bike 25 euros/day

The park is beautifully laid out, spacious, also good for going for a walk with the dog without leaving the site. Everything was very clean and the staff was super nice. We really liked the house, very well maintained. Made a very new impression. There is actually nothing to complain about. Just be aware that it gets very warm in the house in the summer as there is no air conditioning. It would also be nice to have an instruction manual for the heater, although we didn't really need it. Unfortunately, a parasol is probably not generally available. The kitchen was very well equipped, but there was only one capsule coffee maker. Also, there's no toaster, and while it's just a minor thing, there wasn't a spatula.

I would have expected that there would be at least as much cutlery as there were people arriving because there was none. For four people there are two forks, three tablespoons, not a teaspoon. Having a dishwasher is a mockery because I have to do the dishes while I eat. Even six plates isn't enough. Finally, I'm still waiting for your apology. Sending a reminder more than a week before the due date and threatening cancellation at the same time does not correspond to my ideas and certainly not to commercial practice. Antonius Spilker

Our chalet is new and very nicely furnished, the only thing missing would be a filter coffee machine and a toaster. The facility is very clean and beautifully located. There are many possibilities for excursions or activities.
