The area was very nicely laid out and the cottage was absolutely sufficient for us as a family. The lady at the reception spoke to us in Dutch although it was clear that we came from Germany and would only understand English or German.

Goods in August / September 2019 for 2 weeks. The accessibility was good and the chalet very modern and functional. Many goals on our to doo list were well achieved. The bread service leaves something to be desired, but that is our personal feeling.

Accommodation looked nice, but had not been cleaned on arrival: doormat dirty, not mopped and vacuumed, cobwebs on the ceiling, dead beaten mosquitoes against the walls and ceilings, clogged shower drain.

Were kindly assisted at the reception, the cottage was beautiful! nicely furnished with all the trimmings (except window screens that is really a loss, and a standard air-conditioning facility would also be nice considering the current high temperatures, with such a flat roof and lots of windows you can't manage not to heat outside) door.) Environment was what was said in advance, there are still some plots under construction. But if you come for your rest this is the ultimate location. nice and close to the beach of Rockanje. for us there was plenty to do, we had the peace and the "buzz" we looked for.

Friendly people, just park. Especially the new part where we stayed. Beautiful 6 person chalet, nicely furnished and nicely clean and tidy. Around the chalet the garden / surroundings nicely laid out, in a ditch. The only thing that struck me were the free-range chickens and (tame) rabbits. Absolutely no problems and looks nice, but I just hope that they will be looked at as soon as the fall / winter falls.

Accommodation ok, beds / mattresses bad. The children's playground directly opposite was then from 22 o'clock unfortunately a bit loud or the noise of jump cushion / trampoline you can hear through the walls. Morning outside breakfast was not possible for the same reason. Maybe you should install a soundproofing here or rent this accommodation only to guests with small children.

The arrival was fine in itself. The cottage was in a good place and had a nice piece of land around it. It was a pity that the house had some defects. Such as broken tap and sliding door. The area was great.

Actually everything was OK with the arrival. Although we were very late, but we were the staff at the front desk very friendly and the lady has also, despite closing time, taken a lot of time. Then we were in the house and there was almost everything OK. Unfortunately, the stove was not cleaned at all, a dessert lamp was broken and the house was cold. Well the house was then quickly warm and the stove itself cleaned, but if you pay the final cleaning, then at least someone must see through.

It was busy at check-in. Got to hear that the house was not completely clean. That's why we were offered a drink and a portion of sncaks for the wait. Super shelter so !!! After an hour we could enter the house.

Small cottage with kitchen, bathroom, living room, 3 bedrooms, boxroom, parking, terrace and Wiese.Moderne and cozy furnishings. Modern kitchen with high quality Aussttattung. A great bathroom, modern and well furnished with a shallow shower. The beds were not my favorite, but slept well. In all a very successful accommodation. The complex was well laid out and friendly. Children come here at full cost. Optimal Each house has its own parking in front of the door. Unfortunately the couch had several, large spots on. The glass door to the balcony had a rockfall. In my opinion, the bruises of unpleasant previous tenant, the damage should be eliminated, however, and the house not just be let to the next.

On arriving at the accommodation I found it completely different to what was shown online. It was allot smaller and there was no microwave or oven just a hob which was far from ideal.

We were there for a week with 2 big dogs. The chalet was big enough for us. Also very close to the beach, which was important to us. What still has room upstairs is unfortunately the cleanliness, especially the bathroom. !!!!

The house was fine, beautiful place and plenty of space around it. Maar the cleaning and cleanliness of the house was very disappointing. The reception of the holiday park has tried to make some improvements, but you can only make a first impression make/get. And it wasn't good. Furthermore, very much enjoyed the holiday.

Beautiful park, cleaning of the house was less. We got 1 small and 1 large towel per person for a whole week, which of course was not enough. Later we asked for and received an extra set of p.p.

The day we arrived was very bad! We checked in at 4 pm came to our house and there was still dirty linen. And at 5.30 pm cleaners came to our house and they didn't understand it, they still had to clean our house!! Very unusual .. complained at the reception and now we get a compensation of 50 euros so in itself okay!

The house was very dirty, despite Corona. In the bathroom there was hair from the previous guest, the couch was very dirty and full of dog hair. We were looking forward to a nice vacation, but due to the conditions, it wasn't a nice vacation. Never again

Upon arrival our house was not ready, we had to wait another fifteen minutes. As compensation we received a voucher for a drink at the restaurant or the snack bar, but both were closed that day. The restaurant was closed all week and the snack bar was only open on Wednesdays. The day when we were elsewhere all day. So we could not use the voucher. Not a drama in itself, but a shame. The cottage looked fine, except for a few murdered mosquitoes on ceilings and walls, which was quite dirty. If you wanted to get out of bed you had to be careful that you did not run into it. (I actually do not understand that if you kill a mosquito that you do not clean it immediately!) Furthermore, it was annoying that the internet often had disturbances. Also the beach was not a few minutes walk, which turned out to be a floodplain of the sea, with a small piece of sand. For the real sea with beach and beach tents you have to go to Rockanje, about 6 km away.

Great weather, lovely cottage / chalet, very quickly warm inside, but in the evening it also cools down very easily. Super close to the Haringvliet to enjoy the beach and water where you can walk very far through the shallow water which is crystal clear. In short, it is enjoyment at Resort "de Poort van Zeeland"

Plant is great, Charlees were awesome, nice staff. Beach is near was a pity for us that was nothing on the beach - coffee / food or something. You have to drive a bit for that, but then you have that too!

Overall, one can say to the house and also to the outside area that it is more appearance than being and the care and maintenance is completely neglected. In itself, everything could be very nice but it simply lacks of love and regular care.
