This 18th century stone house in Pescaglia in the province of Lucca has been renovated into a beautiful holiday home with modern décor and amenities. It is an ideal destination for a couple even with 1-2 older children or a small child and it offers a private terrace with barbecue, which calls for relaxed days.
The home is strategically located within walking distance to everything. The town, supermarket and restaurants are conveniently located within 100 m. You can also go for hikes or treks just 100 m away in the forest.
Apart from heating, the home offers a large kitchen, fully equipped so that you are self sufficient. You can extend your evenings barbecue meals with local wine on the private terrace. Bicycles are available for the active ones. Cot and high chair are available for the kids.
Public transport is available 5 km away.
You can check in between 5 - 8 PM and check out between 10 AM - 12 PM in this home.

Very warm welcome. Friendly villagers and a very beautiful mountain village let you relax immediately. The accommodation can only be described with one word: perfect!

The owner has received us very warmly. The house was not big, but very comfortable. We walked in the mountains and swam in the sea. In short, had a good time.

Neat house in the old mountain village. Everything is provided, including dishwasher detergent, dishwashing agent, soaps ect ect. Even two bottles of beer + sausage / bread aankomst.Huisje is great for us as a couple, but I would not want to stay with more people. one minus is that there is no WiFi, but especially no phone connection. WIFI is had to the landlord for his front door) all in all a great two weeks!

The welcome was warm, it was the owner had the stove tasty fired chilly, as a welcome bottle of wine and an Italian sausage with bread ready gezet.Liet us the whole house. The inventory was very extensive, for example. Dishwashing detergent, dishwashing cubes, detergent, badhanddoeken.Verder also provided washing machine, iron, too many to mention.

The arrival was friendly.Werkliu were busy in the street with the sewerage, we had to walk through grevel and every now and then a dirty sewer air passed by. In our second week the workmen had a holiday. . Beautiful environment between the mountains. I thought there was a lot of dust on the floor in the Living Room Kitchen and the Bedroom, so the final cleaning could be better.

very friendly and informative, plus a bottle of prosecco and basket full of fruits and vegetables. it is a very nice, well-equipped house, but a small seat. the environment is beautiful, too bad that the mentioned shop is not there (anymore). large supermarket for groceries is not far, but because you are in the mountains, a long-term business, so nothing forgotten. wifi, very limited, not so bad, downside is that you also have no telephone coverage.
