Stylish renovated apartments, in an "agriturismo", where the famous wine "Chianti dei Colli Fiorentini" and olive oil "extravergine" are produced and sold.
The building has an old history: in 1189, it was already recorded in an antique document.The apartments are renovated, but the typical Tuscany style has been kept, completed with modern comfort. Next to the agriturismo, you will find an antique church, the "Chiesa di San Lorenzo" (XII century). Around the house, you can enjoy the panorama over the green hills with olive trees.
There is a big garden with swimming pool and other facilities. This accommodation is ideal for a peaceful holiday and suitable to pay a visit to the Chianti area. Firenze is within 21km, San Gimignano within 38 km.

The fact that the setting is pretty basic (without TV) really contributes to enjoying the outdoor living in the Tuscany countryside. The pool area is great! Sun and shadow all day and with nice facilities for entertainment like the table tennis. On top of that you can go for some walking straight from the apartment and might see deer or even wild boar We have been come got castelvecchio twice now. Second time after nine years and it was as nice as we remembered! Oh and the wine is lovely

Heel mooi plekje in de Chiantistreek. Bij de deze wijnboer kun je ook een proeverij doen in het oude huis. Het huis is prachtig, elke avond hadden we de mooiste zonsondergangen. Het zwembad (stukje lopen of rijden) is ergmooi gelegen, met veel schaduwplekken. Ook helemaal Corona-proof met gedesinfecteerde bedjes. De weg naar het huis is wel gaar, het laatste stuk is echt opletten geblazen (vooral 's avonds zonder verlichting). Het huis zelf is prachtig. Goed geëcipeerd en met een fijne tuin erbij. En voldoende afstand tot de andere gasten, waardoor je het idee hebt dat je alleen op de plek verblijft.

Werden hartelijk welkom geheten en meteen wegwijs gemaakt. Als welkomstcadeautje kregen we 'n lekkere fles wijn van het huis! Stefania is een erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het huis ligt in een rustige mooie omgeving (tussen de diverse wijngaarden en olijfbomen). Het is wel fijn om een auto ter beschikking te hebben omdat de winkels etc. te vinden zijn in het dorp zelf (ongeveer 8 km). Bovendien is het er erg heuvelachtig. Er zitten wel veel cicaden in de bomen, die nogal wat geluid produceren, maar als de zon weg is, zijn ze stil en dan merk je pas hoe rustig het daar eigenlijk is! Het huis is niet modern ingericht, maar wat je écht nodig hebt is er wel. De douche is érg klein! Er is géén TV, geen oven en geen vaatwasser. Wifi werkte goed, behalve bij het zwembad was er op dat moment helaas geen ontvangst. Het huis heeft diverse appartementen, maar er is wel 'n gezamenlijke tuin. Als je erg op je privacy gesteld bent, is dat wat minder. Als je niet op kinderen gesteld bent kun je er last van ondervinden! Het zwembad ligt niet direct bij het huis, maar dat is geen probleem. Het is een mooi bad met stoelen erbij, banken, bomen voor de schaduw, speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Er is ook een klein huisje bij als je binnen wilt zitten. Daar is ook een toilet, dus je hoeft tussendoor niet persee terug naar het huis. We hebben wel veel last gehad van muggen.

Idealer Ausflugs Startpunkt nach Florenz, Pisa, Siena und San Gimignano sowie die ländliche Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten. Die Ausstattung ist Standard und idyllisch. Hunde fühlen sich pudelwohl. Man kann direkt neben Olivenhainen frühstücken. Zum nächsten Kiosk sind es 2 bis 5 km je nach Richtung. Auch sehr schön für Kinder die sich hier frei bewegen können.

Het was even zoeken op de weg rond San Casciano, een behoorlijke helling op, maar prachtig gelegen gastenhuis tussen de wijngaarden en olijfbomen. Helaas is lopen naar het plaatsje geen optie, dus alles met de auto. Eventueel is er wel een kruidenierswinkel met vers brood 's ochtends in het dorpje rechtsaf (ook 's zondags geopend). Accommodatie is voorzien van de meeste gemakken, wij waren op dat moment de enige vakantiegangers, dus hadden enorm veel privacy en ruimte om het huis en bij het zwembad. Veel rust is er te vinden, vooral 's nachts was het helemaal stil en donker. In juni hadden we weinig hinder van muggen of ander ongedierte. De locatie was behoorlijk centraal gelegen t.o.v. de grotere plaatsen, wielrennen is hier prachtig, voor de mountainbike is het iets minder. Aanrader is om een wijnproeverij bij het huis te doen op het dakterras met prachtig uitzicht.

De aankomst was hartelijk, en vertrouwd na een eerder verblijf. De accommodatie is prima, ruim en gezellig ingericht. Alles wat je echt nodig hebt is aanwezig, als je dingen mist is dat de luxe die je thuis bent gewend. Voor ons was het ruim voldoende en comfortabel genoeg.

Werden hartelijk ontvangen met een fles wijn. Prachtige omgeving, maar je moet wel vervoer hebben, want het ligt wel afgelegen. Zwembad netjes schoon en mooie ligbedden.Ook nog een wijnproeverij gedaan op het kasteel, en een rondleiding gehad, wat erg leuk en leerzaam was. Wij hebben er 2 heerlijke weken gehad en dat kwam ook door Annemie (gastvrouw) die ons erg veel vertelde en tips gaf om naar toe te gaan.Een minpuntje vonden wij de bedden, deze waren wel erg hard.

De druivenoogst was volop aan de gang en dat was te merken...de nodige tractors met daarachter de karretjes vol met druiven, rode en witte. De wijngeur hing regelmatig in de lucht. De natuur was nog mooi groen, de temperatuur nog tussen de 25 en 30 graden. Niet die immense mensenmassa in steden als Pisa en Florence, dus prettig om rond te lopen. Eind september is dus een moote tijd om Toscane te bezoeken!

Leuk huis. Zwembad is fantastisch gelegen. Op het terrein ook een kerkje uit 1200 zo ongeveer. Zeer gastvrije, prettige en flexibele eigenaar, wiens hoofdinkomen uit de wijn en olijfolie komt. Het huis ligt tussen de olijfbomen en in wijngaard van de eigenaar die een proeverij voor je organiseert. We hebben dan ook wijn van het huis gekocht. Erg lekker! 'n Aanrader dus.

Werden hartelijk welkom geheten en meteen wegwijs gemaakt. Als welkomstcadeautje kregen we 'n lekkere fles wijn van het huis! Stefania is een erg vriendelijke gastvrouw. Het huis ligt in een rustige mooie omgeving (tussen de diverse wijngaarden en olijfbomen). Het is wel fijn om een auto ter beschikking te hebben omdat de winkels etc. te vinden zijn in het dorp zelf (ongeveer 8 km). Bovendien is het er erg heuvelachtig. Er zitten wel veel cicaden in de bomen, die nogal wat geluid produceren, maar als de zon weg is, zijn ze stil en dan merk je pas hoe rustig het daar eigenlijk is! Het huis is niet modern ingericht, maar wat je écht nodig hebt is er wel. De douche is érg klein! Er is géén TV, geen oven en geen vaatwasser. Wifi werkte goed, behalve bij het zwembad was er op dat moment helaas geen ontvangst. Het huis heeft diverse appartementen, maar er is wel 'n gezamenlijke tuin. Als je erg op je privacy gesteld bent, is dat wat minder. Als je niet op kinderen gesteld bent kun je er last van ondervinden! Het zwembad ligt niet direct bij het huis, maar dat is geen probleem. Het is een mooi bad met stoelen erbij, banken, bomen voor de schaduw, speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Er is ook een klein huisje bij als je binnen wilt zitten. Daar is ook een toilet, dus je hoeft tussendoor niet persee terug naar het huis. We hebben wel veel last gehad van muggen.

Heel mooi plekje in de Chiantistreek. Bij de deze wijnboer kun je ook een proeverij doen in het oude huis. Het huis is prachtig, elke avond hadden we de mooiste zonsondergangen. Het zwembad (stukje lopen of rijden) is ergmooi gelegen, met veel schaduwplekken. Ook helemaal Corona-proof met gedesinfecteerde bedjes. De weg naar het huis is wel gaar, het laatste stuk is echt opletten geblazen (vooral 's avonds zonder verlichting). Het huis zelf is prachtig. Goed geëcipeerd en met een fijne tuin erbij. En voldoende afstand tot de andere gasten, waardoor je het idee hebt dat je alleen op de plek verblijft.

Heel mooi plekje in de Chiantistreek. Bij de deze wijnboer kun je ook een proeverij doen in het oude huis. Het huis is prachtig, elke avond hadden we de mooiste zonsondergangen. Het zwembad (stukje lopen of rijden) is ergmooi gelegen, met veel schaduwplekken. Ook helemaal Corona-proof met gedesinfecteerde bedjes. De weg naar het huis is wel gaar, het laatste stuk is echt opletten geblazen (vooral 's avonds zonder verlichting).
Het huis zelf is prachtig. Goed geëcipeerd en met een fijne tuin erbij. En voldoende afstand tot de andere gasten, waardoor je het idee hebt dat je alleen op de plek verblijft.

Het was even zoeken op de weg rond San Casciano, een behoorlijke helling op, maar prachtig gelegen gastenhuis tussen de wijngaarden en olijfbomen. Helaas is lopen naar het plaatsje geen optie, dus alles met de auto. Eventueel is er wel een kruidenierswinkel met vers brood 's ochtends in het dorpje rechtsaf (ook 's zondags geopend). Accommodatie is voorzien van de meeste gemakken, wij waren op dat moment de enige vakantiegangers, dus hadden enorm veel privacy en ruimte om het huis en bij het zwembad. Veel rust is er te vinden, vooral 's nachts was het helemaal stil en donker. In juni hadden we weinig hinder van muggen of ander ongedierte. De locatie was behoorlijk centraal gelegen t.o.v. de grotere plaatsen, wielrennen is hier prachtig, voor de mountainbike is het iets minder. Aanrader is om een wijnproeverij bij het huis te doen op het dakterras met prachtig uitzicht.

De druivenoogst was volop aan de gang en dat was te merken...de nodige tractors met daarachter de karretjes vol met druiven, rode en witte. De wijngeur hing regelmatig in de lucht.
De natuur was nog mooi groen, de temperatuur nog tussen de 25 en 30 graden. Niet die immense mensenmassa in steden als Pisa en Florence, dus prettig om rond te lopen.
Eind september is dus een moote tijd om Toscane te bezoeken!

De aankomst was hartelijk, en vertrouwd na een eerder verblijf. De accommodatie is prima, ruim en gezellig ingericht. Alles wat je echt nodig hebt is aanwezig, als je dingen mist is dat de luxe die je thuis bent gewend. Voor ons was het ruim voldoende en comfortabel genoeg.

Werden hartelijk ontvangen met een fles wijn. Prachtige omgeving, maar je moet wel vervoer hebben, want het ligt wel afgelegen. Zwembad netjes schoon en mooie ligbedden.Ook nog een wijnproeverij gedaan op het kasteel, en een rondleiding gehad, wat erg leuk en leerzaam was. Wij hebben er 2 heerlijke weken gehad en dat kwam ook door Annemie (gastvrouw) die ons erg veel vertelde en tips gaf om naar toe te gaan.Een minpuntje vonden wij de bedden, deze waren wel erg hard.

Leuk huis. Zwembad is fantastisch gelegen. Op het terrein ook een kerkje uit 1200 zo ongeveer. Zeer gastvrije, prettige en flexibele eigenaar, wiens hoofdinkomen uit de wijn en olijfolie komt. Het huis ligt tussen de olijfbomen en in wijngaard van de eigenaar die een proeverij voor je organiseert. We hebben dan ook wijn van het huis gekocht. Erg lekker! 'n Aanrader dus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit steiler abenteuerliche Anfahrt. Sehr nette Vermieter im Weingut um die Ecke. Idealer Ausflugs Startpunkt nach Florenz, Pisa, Siena und San Gimignano sowie die ländliche Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten. Die Ausstattung ist Standard und idyllisch. Hunde fühlen sich pudelwohl. Man kann direkt neben Olivenhainen frühstücken. Zum nächsten Kiosk sind es 2 bis 5 km je nach Richtung. Auch sehr schön für Kinder die sich hier frei bewegen können.

Werden hartelijk welkom geheten en meteen wegwijs gemaakt. Als welkomstcadeautje kregen we 'n lekkere fles wijn van het huis! Stefania is een erg vriendelijke gastvrouw.
Het huis ligt in een rustige mooie omgeving (tussen de diverse wijngaarden en olijfbomen). Het is wel fijn om een auto ter beschikking te hebben omdat de winkels etc. te vinden zijn in het dorp zelf (ongeveer 8 km). Bovendien is het er erg heuvelachtig. Er zitten wel veel cicaden in de bomen, die nogal wat geluid produceren, maar als de zon weg is, zijn ze stil en dan merk je pas hoe rustig het daar eigenlijk is!
Het huis is niet modern ingericht, maar wat je écht nodig hebt is er wel. De douche is érg klein! Er is géén TV, geen oven en geen vaatwasser. Wifi werkte goed, behalve bij het zwembad was er op dat moment helaas geen ontvangst.
Het huis heeft diverse appartementen, maar er is wel 'n gezamenlijke tuin. Als je erg op je privacy gesteld bent, is dat wat minder. Als je niet op kinderen gesteld bent kun je er last van ondervinden!
Het zwembad ligt niet direct bij het huis, maar dat is geen probleem. Het is een mooi bad met stoelen erbij, banken, bomen voor de schaduw, speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. Er is ook een klein huisje bij als je binnen wilt zitten. Daar is ook een toilet, dus je hoeft tussendoor niet persee terug naar het huis.
We hebben wel veel last gehad van muggen.

Het appartement heeft een prachtige lokatie in het Toscane/Chianti gebied temidden van de Olijfbomen en druiven. Ook voldoende zon- en schaduwplaatsen. Wij zijn ook zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Wat ons betreft is het een aanrader.

Leuk huisje met een lekker zwembad op zo'n 300 meter lopen. De eigenaresse Stefania is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en heeft goede tips over de omgeving. De gratis wijnproeverij met rondleiding door de wijnkelder was erg leuk.
Florence en San Gimignano zijn een half uurtje rijden, Sienna een minuut of 40.
