Stylish renovated apartments, in an "agriturismo", where the famous wine "Chianti dei Colli Fiorentini" and olive oil "extravergine" are produced and sold.
The building has an old history: in 1189, it was already recorded in an antique document.The apartments are renovated, but the typical Tuscany style has been kept, completed with modern comfort. Next to the agriturismo, you will find an antique church, the "Chiesa di San Lorenzo" (XII century). Around the house, you can enjoy the panorama over the green hills with olive trees.
There is a big garden with swimming pool and other facilities. This accommodation is ideal for a peaceful holiday and suitable to pay a visit to the Chianti area. Firenze is within 21km, San Gimignano within 38 km.
Stylish renovated apartments, in an "agriturismo", where the famous wine "Chianti dei Colli Fiorentini" and olive oil "extravergine" are produced and sold.
Each apartment features an internal area with pergola for open-air dining.
The property also boasts a small, old church that may be used upon request for weddings or other religious celebrations.
Activities that can be organised upon request:
- Italian lessons for small or large groups, with general, personalised or themed lessons.
- Cookery lessons for small or large groups, including instruction on Italian food and wine terms- useful for understanding any menu and choosing your favourite dishes.
- Wine tastings with explanations at the site's own wine cellar.

beautiful surroundings and the owner was friendly. the problem with the hot water that was no longer there, it was fixed the next day and there was an alternative to shower.

Positive: the beautiful rural location near Florence and the friendly beheerders.Negatief: The building includes four apartments, but only has 3 terraces. As a result, we had to use. Together with a foreign family of the same terrace This is a considerable disadvantage for their own privacy.Door drought in the region was the water pressure is very low. We arrived in plenty of time and this was no problem. Because we stayed the week before already on another farmhouse in the area (+/- 1 hour). Our vacation to share two, we have not only seen in the area, we can now make a good comparison between the various cottages. Both houses are in the same price range and region. In all honesty gave birth to our first house better. This was mainly due to the improved condition of the furniture and a cleaner impression. This cottage was unfortunately not cleaned properly (especially the shower and refrigerator not). Nevertheless enjoyed the beautiful views, the beautiful surroundings, the refreshing pool, great wines and the nice contact with our Dutch neighbors above. Who is very fond of his privacy, better look for another house. Those who love fine wines and connect with other travelers should definitely here gaan.Nog practicalities of the pool is a short walk away. Only the pool is wireless and therefore not always good. The access road is steep and bumpy and is suitable for one car at a time. Fortunately not had any experience with an oncoming vehicle.

Exceptional polyglot home, beautiful pool with summer kitchen and playground nearby.The pool is actually 400m from home but for the short walk to get there is quite nice (can be a little difficult for very young children).

This house is a must, both for people with young or older children. The pool is perfect and the location of the house among olive trees. Unfortunately we could only stay a week but we'll definitely be back.
