The cozy apartment has 2 bedrooms and can host up to 4 people. The property has a swimming pool, terrace and a garage and is ideal for small groups or families.
The apartment is on the Lago Maggiore (Lake Maggiore) and is just across the road from the nearest beach (stone beach). The most famous Borromean Island Hop-on Hop-Off Boat Tour from Stresa something that nobody would want to miss on. The Monta Mottarone cable car is only a short drive from the apartment.

Very nice view from the appartment. Bedrooms are tiny, with low ceiling and no closset. Kitchen is very well equiped.

The location of the accommodation met all our requirements, the only downside was the headroom in the bedrooms and the noise of the passing trains.

The only positive things were the view from the balcony and the garage. Everything else was more than disappointing. That right behind the house at night about 8 freight trains rush past at full volume and all the furnishings in the holiday apartment are broken (the door handle in the bathroom falls apart, in the children's room cables hang from the wall because the cover no longer holds, ... and and and ... We left 2 days earlier and would definitely not book this apartment again.

Communication and contact were great. Accommodation at first impression of the outside and the complex very nice and spacious. Pool top.

Het appartement ligt op een prachtig landgoed en in een mooi gebouw van alle gemakken voorzien. Ons app nr 16 is wel aan een update toe. Goede horren, betere douchekoppen en iets meer privacy op het balkon (lichte afscheiding) zouden al een verbetering zijn. Auto heeft eigen box in garage, lift naar boven. Zwembad geen ligstoelen. De treinen snachrs had ik in eerdere reviews gelezen die heb ik eerlijk gezegt niet gehoord. De bedden zijn goed. De slaapkamers en de badkamer op onze 2de verdieping hebben zeer schuine lage daken dus dat is lastig. Uitzicht magnefiek en met ontbijt zon en rest vd dag balkon in schaduw is ook fijn

The arrival is poorly arranged. Key in mailbox. This has the result that we got the wrong apartment because another had taken our key. Then the text at the apartment is not correct, no air conditioning. Poorly handled Dior Bellvilla. Then I was offered a discount. In the confirmation e-mail it is suddenly a discount on the next booking. As you will understand, I have to think about it again. Bellvilla has no added value

Great apartment! And the view is even more beautiful! You even have a sea view from the toilet. Fast and convenient service you can get in and out of the apartment. There is a supermarket nearby and there are plenty of tasty restaurants. 4 minutes drive is the beautiful isola bella, definitely worth a visit! Only downside of the apartment is that you hit your head if you are taller than 1.70m on the upper floor.
