This holiday home is located in Stresa and has 2 bedrooms which accommodate 4 people comfortably. The house is ideal for a group or a family with kids.The place enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and you can go for a nice walk from the house to the lake below. If you want you can also enjoy a boat ride on the lake and you can even visit the fishing ports nearby.The house is equipped with central heating to keep you comfortable and warm in winters. An open kitchen allows you to try out new recipes while you have endless talks with your family or friends in the living room. The house has a sunny terrace where you can relax or take dips in the shared pool for a refreshing experience. The kids will love to play in the beautifully maintained shared garden.

The view from the bolkon over Lake Maggiore is beautiful. The garden and pool are very well maintained. The apartment itself could be better cleaned and maintained.

Very nicely located apartment with a phenomenal view of the lake. Good equipment. Great starting point for excursions of all kinds.

Fantastic location on the edge of Lake Maggiore, just outside Stresa. Apartment fully equipped. Second bedroom on the upper floor is somewhat cramped and actually only suitable for a child. Because we were unlucky with an accident, the landlord, in the person of Mrs. Petracchi, turned out to be a good support. She was easily accessible by telephone and willing to provide assistance in a dignified manner. In short, despite bad luck, a great stay.

Unfortunately, the facility is outside of Stresa and you can't reach anything on foot, which is a shame and even for a swim in the lake that is so close you are unfortunately dependent on the car, for example to go to Lesa for a swim. The pool is an entertaining option as the sunbathing area is very small. The apartment is basically nice but very neglected and dirty. Bed linen and sofa cushions belong in the laundry and shelves in the bathroom and floors properly cleaned. In addition, we regularly had Armeisenstrasse in the apartment and drive home with at least 50 bug bites per person, you could hardly enjoy the balcony with the beautiful lake view in the evening! Mosquito nets on windows are not available. Internet is only available on request, for 2 € a day, you should know in advance.
