Exceeded my expectations for the price. The kitchen was roomy and easy to navigate, and the shared garden was perfect for our evening gatherings.

Arrived late but everything was prepared and welcoming. The double bed was inviting, allowing us to get comfortable right away.

We had a great week in this accommodation. The location is good for visits and nearby restaurants. The setting is beautiful, the private garden and access to the pool (very large!) were appreciated. The entire property is fenced and our dog was able to enjoy it well. There are cats, but that was not a problem for us. The accommodation was spacious enough, clean, and well-equipped. The only weak points were the bedding (very hard spring mattress) and the toilet flush that did not work well.

A true corner of paradise!!! The structure is immersed in nature, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The pool is simply fabulous: very clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant for spending the days. An enchanting stay from every point of view. We will definitely return!

Was much smaller than in the photos, no toilet seat and you need a bench to get to the toilet, coffee maker never found just like BBQ, pool was dirty, 7 dead frogs taken out, site said nothing about extra payment for air conditioning and the worst is that there are black bugs everywhere, I was disgusted and then out of pure misery left on Thursday instead of Saturday, upon arrival it smelled musty and the garden table was probably not even cleaned and very hard to find.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Belvilla by OYO Fienile. The Tuscan decor added a lovely charm, and the shared swimming pool was a hit with the kids. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby towns - it made our day trips to Assisi and Gubbio so easy!

The property is very nice, in a good location. The house is fine and clean with a nice garden. The swimming pool area is great and the pool is kept clean. Free washing machine is nice for longer vacations. The host is very sweet and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Optimal location a short distance from Città di Castello, in a carefully renovated rural complex. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was as described and the available equipment was complete. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the toilet that, of course, was impossible to fix during the holidays. Heating was always top-notch and even in these cold days, the house was always welcoming. Good also for those with pets due to the available space and the property's tolerance. Also tried the external fireplace, which will definitely be more . . . pleasant in summer. Nice experience.

We had a pleasant stay at Belvilla by OYO Fienile, the Tuscan style was charming and the central heating made the place super cozy, especially since we visited in cool weather. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we cooked delicious meals together. I loved the private terrace where we could relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the garden. Additionally, being so close to art cities like Assisi and Perugia was a huge plus. Just a little advice, check-in could be a bit tight, so plan accordingly. Overall, I would definitely come back!
