Very friendly people.We arrived most early in the early hours and she was still cleaning our apartment.It's not hard at all and said if you come back for an hour, you can get in. It was super clean, all we needed Was there. Very very cozy apartment.Not a rest there .... a swimming pool we often had for our own. If you want peace and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool, this is definitely a must. Can tell so much about how good it is but you really need to experience it. Some things are not in words to express how beautiful and soothing it was.

We have enjoyed this authentic accommodation in a lovely and quiet environment. The welcome was warm and customer friendly despite the fact that the owner is still working to make the English language powerful. The swimming pool specially designed for guests is spacious and ideal for a day relaxing at the pool.

Property is well signposted, up a large hill via a bumpy sandy path and you are there. Reception was very friendly (no word foreign unfortunately), the property is very simple. Kitchen is not well equipped, but some (necessary) items are missing. Sleep fine, bed is good and clean. very quiet on top of the mountain. Bathroom also fine, but the whole house just misses the finishing touch when it comes to "clean". We were probably the first visitors of the season, but still. The rear terraces behind the three houses are linked and do not provide much privacy. Swimming pool and garden perfectly fine. Because we were there alone (and had everything for ourselves), we really enjoyed the peace and space. The view from the hill is beautiful. If you don't like chickens: you can hear about 10 chickens with two roosters behind the terraces. We also had two houses in Northern Italy this holiday and then you see the difference, but because we mainly lived outside, we are all very satisfied. From the location made nice day trips to, among others, Citta di Castello, Gubbio and Arezzo.
