Arrival went smoothly. Too bad that the owner did not speak English / German and gave no explanation about, for example, the washing machine. Especially since we have not seen her the entire week.

Very nice and passionate owner. Apartment nice, clean, interesting decor. In the swimming pool area. The best way to get to the city of Cita di Castello is by car. A very enjoyable stay.

The accommodation was fine. The cottage was just and equipped with the necessary facilities. The pool and the amenities were also of good quality. The pool is not heated, but due to the temperatures in Italy, it is not necessary either, the temperature was always between 28 ° and 30 °. The location is accessible via an unpaved road and is 500 meters from the local road. This makes it very quiet and quiet at the location, enjoy to the fullest.The address was perfectly known with the most recent GPS maps (2018-2019). One real drawback: your house is reached by a country road that is very bad. Lots of potholes and holes. Anyone who knows Italy knows that this is "normal", but this road is very bad.
