Agriturismo Pugnano Alto is a family-run establishment. You will be welcomed by Monica and Giovanni. Monica will greet you at check-in, making sure you feel comfortable in the facility. Giovanni, in his free time from work, takes care of the greenery and the pool. The property belonged to the Church and was purchased in the 90s by Ezio and Emilia Zampi. At the end of the 1990s, the family decided to recover and renovate the farmhouse. The project was ambitious and included a series of large-scale interventions: the cultivation of land abandoned for years, the restoration of the olive grove, and the complete renovation of the ruined structure. To understand the scale of the work, below you will find a photo from that "era". All renovation work was carried out in compliance with the pre-existing structure and according to the taste of Umbrian architectural tradition.
