washing machine(shared with other guests), heating(central), terrace(private), garden(shared with other guests), garden furniture, BBQ, swimming pool(shared with other guests, 15 x 6 m., opened from May upto and including Sep)
Located in Città di Castello, this beautiful farmhouse is perfect for a weekend getaway. It can accommodate up to 3 guests and has 1 bedroom. It has a shared swimming pool and private terrace for you to enjoy the maximum.
The farmhouse is only 2 km from the restaurants. San Secondo town centre is 2 km from the stay.
A central heating is available in the farmhouse for a comfortable stay. A barbecue is available for you to please your dear ones with your culinary skills. A furnished garden or a terrace can be used for you to enjoy a lovely brunch in the sun. A cot and high chair provided for the little guests on request. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed to stay on the property.
The guests can check-in from 4-7 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

The accommodation is beautiful, the pool and the property is mega beautiful. It should be mentioned, however, that several cats roam free and that there are chickens next door that you can hear and smell all day long... the owner is very friendly and accommodating, but she does not speak English or German. It can get very hot on the first floor, we were there with a baby and we were provided with a cot and high chair. However, with the cot and the fan, it is quite cramped upstairs

Positives: Peaceful, our cottage is the only one occupied. Shy cats come every day to get food (cozy, come a little closer every day) Sound of birds. Distance to town/shops/restaurants. No mosquitoes so far. Near Toscana border, with beautiful Arezzo. Negative: Two roosters!!! Direction to vacation spot very scanty. Chairs, inside and outside not comfortable. Shower room is only for “children and fashion models”. No soap dish in douche. The road to the top is full of holes and you really can't go faster than 10 km. Auto after 1 ride completely gray. Terribly bad roads in the area in general. If you like simple, without luxury, this is the ideal place.

Apartment is fully equipped, beautiful garden with nice swimming pool, all well maintained. Very nice managers, although she speaks only Italian, they still try to communicate, really so fond of the guests. Also many nice towns and cities to visit in the area.
