No mosquitoes so far. Near Toscana border, with beautiful Arezzo. Negative: Two roosters!!! Direction to vacation spot very scanty. Chairs, inside and outside not comfortable. Shower room is only for “children and fashion models”. No soap dish in douche. The road to the top is full of holes and you really can't go faster than 10 km. Auto after 1 ride completely gray. Terribly bad roads in the area in general. If you like simple, without luxury, this is the ideal place.

The accommodation is beautiful, the pool and the property is mega beautiful. It should be mentioned, however, that several cats roam free and that there are chickens next door that you can hear and smell all day long... the owner is very friendly and accommodating, but she does not speak English or German. It can get very hot on the first floor, we were there with a baby and we were provided with a cot and high chair. However, with the cot and the fan, it is quite cramped upstairs
