We found the farm very practical for our needs. It had all the essential things and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, which made our stay even better.

A charming place with rustic decoration and a peaceful atmosphere, Centralvarmen kept us comfortable during the cooler evenings, and we loved exploring the nearby town of San Secondo.

The accommodation is beautiful, the pool and the property is mega beautiful. It should be mentioned, however, that several cats roam free and that there are chickens next door that you can hear and smell all day long... the owner is very friendly and accommodating, but she does not speak English or German. It can get very hot on the first floor, we were there with a baby and we were provided with a cot and high chair. However, with the cot and the fan, it is quite cramped upstairs

We had a great time on the farm! It was big enough for us and our dog. The location was perfect for day trips to explore the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended for pet owners!

Positives: Peaceful, our cottage is the only one occupied. Shy cats come every day to get food (cozy, come a little closer every day) Sound of birds. Distance to town/shops/restaurants. No mosquitoes so far. Near Toscana border, with beautiful Arezzo. Negative: Two roosters!!! Direction to vacation spot very scanty. Chairs, inside and outside not comfortable. Shower room is only for “children and fashion models”. No soap dish in douche. The road to the top is full of holes and you really can't go faster than 10 km. Auto after 1 ride completely gray. Terribly bad roads in the area in general. If you like simple, without luxury, this is the ideal place.

We had a lovely weekend at the Belvilla farmhouse, It was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the amenities like the barbecue grill, The garden was a nice touch for brunch in the sun, Perfect for a small family getaway!

The place is spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked, and the shared garden was charming. I appreciate that it is pet-friendly since we brought our dog. A small note, the check-in was a bit complicated, but once settled, everything went well. Overall, a very good place!
