This holiday home is in Parc Residencial Empúries region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and has 4 spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a large family or for a group that wants to spend time holidaying on the Spanish Coast.
Only 300 M from the sea, it is located in Urb L' Amfora. The places to visit nearby are Aiguamolls Emporda, the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and nature park Cap de Creus.
The villa has an enclosed garden, you can have your meals on the terrace. The landscaped pool has a wooden deck where you can have your own barbecue.
The nearest airport is the Girona Airport which is at a distance of 45 KM. Town center is 1.5 KM away and the train station is 20 KM away; restaurants, tourist information and river is 1 KM away.
There is a tourist tax of € 0,90 per person for each night and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the cost of € 3 per pet for the stay.

Easter 2024 in St.Pere Pescador /Ampfora 64. The second time with 5 adults in the holiday home! We had a completely successful stay, everything was great and to our complete satisfaction. The newly installed kitchen in the house fulfills all wishes (microwave, toaster, juicer, etc.). The new mattresses in the bedrooms also offer a restful sleep.
Unfortunately it was still too cold for the pool this time :-(

Friendly employees who immediately worked on solutions when they arose. Nice house with a nice pool, although one or two things are already getting old. Some rooms have already been renovated.

Het huis heeft een grondige verfrissing nodig. De keuken is oud en versleten, terras en zwembad ook aan vernieuwing toe. De voorpoort hangt schijf…Aij vonden het prijzig voor wat he krijgt. En de realiteit wordt niet op de foto’s getoond.

Top location, a few meters from the beach, very nice area. Many beautiful places can be reached in a few minutes.
The house is well equipped, we (2 families) had enough space and felt very comfortable. Nice contact on site, pool cleaning top, beautiful garden with enough shade.

For so much money per week I would have expected more from the house. The kitchen is in great need of updating. The beds / mattresses are very old and also in need of renewal.
The banister is loose and therefore dangerous. The deck around the pool is broken in several places and needs a lick of paint.

The first impression of the house is that there is a lot of overdue maintenance. Dirty walls, the doors and drawers are loose in the kitchen, the oven is brown on the outside and a knob is missing… Put loose above a window, we were able to close it with difficulty. Window in the kitchen, the rubber falls off when you want to loosen it ... outside the decking is nothing more compared to the photos in the advertisement. In short, the first impression of the house is "a shock" ... And a week before our arrival the advertisement as adjusted and is now 20 euros per day for air conditioning asked. Indicated that we did not want to pay because this was not applicable when we booked. In the meantime, fittings have been made in the meter cupboard so that we cannot use the air conditioning.

Arrival well organized. The accommodation was fine except for a few small details, the lack of a toaster and too little dishes. Environment is great anyway, the beach and the sea, we are already the 3rd time there, including 2 x Bellvilla

From arrival to departure everything was just great! We filled up properly, house was as described to the sea have been only a few minutes. Pool was clean, we had a lot of fun with the kids. We really enjoyed the holiday. We will come back in any case.

The arrival was generally good. The key could be picked up early and we could not get a tour of the house in the house, you had to find out how it worked. Towels and kitchen towels should not be left in the house when we arrived. Very minimal for 1 week, you can bring it better yourself House was also not very clean when we arrived a lot of dust clouds and cutlery still very filthy ..
