House is still in good condition and well equipped and is in a quiet location. In 5" you are on the long sandy beach. Internet is okay. Contact with Bellvilla is very friendly and fast.

The house isn't quite as fresh anymore, but it's pretty solid. facility good. Chairs, table, etc. would not be enough or too small for six. Excellent communication with the local team: good English, uncomplicated and friendly communication via WhatsApp and in person, quick response, very trustworthy. Pool very nice, unfortunately the seagulls and pigeons leave a lot of dirt. But was very clean when we arrived.

The location is excellent, beach, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance, better restaurants can be reached quickly by car. The equipment could be better, especially not everything for 6 people is available. It is annoying that there is no direct access to the pool and you have to walk around the house and lock it at the front.
