What to expect from the space
The villa has a private entrance. To keep you safe from winter's wrath, indoor heating is installed. A children's bed and a high chair are provided for little guests. You have a washing machine and a tumble dryer at your disposal. 4 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Villa La Roca! Beautiful villa with lots of seating, good bedrooms, a beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful view! The distance to the center and beach are good by car or taxi. Also, the homeowners are well attained which is very nice. The surroundings of this villa are nice, in Platja d "Aro you will find nice restaurants, shops and terraces. For everybody near Villa La Roca, definitely worth a visit!

Farah, topic travel has an excellent customer service and will act quickly to complaints. Villa is outdated and should be maintained slightly better.

We had a great time at Castell d'Aro in Spain with a group of friends. The house is very nice with a beautiful view and not to forget: with a super kind and welcoming owner :) We can totally recommend it!

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Villa La Roca! Beautiful villa with lots of seating, good bedrooms, a beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful view! The distance to the center and beach are good by car or taxi. Also, the homeowners are well attained which is very nice. The surroundings of this villa are nice, in Platja d "Aro you will find nice restaurants, shops and terraces. For everybody near Villa La Roca, definitely worth a visit!

The house is wonderfully spacious and offers a lot of privacy. The pool is great and being able to choose where to sit outside at that time of day is a blessing. It is a bit high on the mountain and there are only a few who come up by bike without getting off. On the other hand, it offers a wonderful wide view. If I have to say something I didn't like, it's the paid air conditioning. A house in this price category should not have a euro device. I understand that it is undesirable to run the risk that the air conditioning remains on all day, but paying with coins does not belong here. (euro per hour) Moreover, we are well past the era of cash in your pocket. Would it be an idea to put a switch in between that turns on the air conditioning and turns it off automatically after an hour?

Wow! What a house and what an environment. returned last night after staying in this amazing house for 2 weeks. Fully equipped! Clean, neat and very nice house in a great location. Astrid is truly a winner. Easily accessible and very quick to arrange and check the pool every other day. We really enjoyed it all. To be repeated.
