Experience an unforgettable holiday in our holiday flat, located in the picturesque town of Castell-Platja d'Aro in Baix Empordà. Our 62 square metre holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 guests and has two bedrooms, a living/dining room and a bathroom.
Relax on the balcony overlooking the town, surrounded by plants and trees, and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over the sea. You can enjoy the sun in our communal garden.
The flat is air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, ideal for self-catering. Bed linen is provided and there is a TV for your entertainment. A washing machine and hairdryer are also provided.
The flat has 2 separate bedrooms: first bedroom furnished with a double bed, second bedroom furnished with bunk beds. Living/dining area with open-plan kitchen; bathroom with shower and WC; balcony with a view of the greenery where you can enjoy your breakfast. There is a small utility balcony facing the inner courtyard. A washing machine is available there. You can also hang up your washing or park your bike.
The flat is equipped with: Air conditioning (A/C), microwave, induction hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle and TV.
Long-term rentals are possible and we ask for your understanding that this is a non-smoking flat. The flat is tastefully decorated, with comfortable furniture and vinyl flooring. The light-flooded rooms and the harmonious colour scheme invite you to relax.

Bright, cosy, modern flat for rent. The flat is located on the second floor of a block of flats.
The house is located in a quiet side street of a residential neighbourhood. All shops for daily needs (e.g. Spar) as well as cafés, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. (400m). The wide sandy beach of Platja d'Aro is only an 8-minute walk away (550m). So you can do everything without a car or by bike.
