Beautiful Mediterranean-style house located in the cozy beach area of Cala Morlanda, just 200m from the sea.
The townhouse has been recently restored taking care of every last detail. Comfortable and bright, the house has two double
bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, a spacious living-dining room
attached to the kitchen, a furnished patio and a small terrace. In addition, it has free WIFI internet, three hot and cold air
appliances (in the bedrooms and in the living room), satellite television and barbecue.
It is located a short distance from bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of entertainment venues.
This house is ideal for people who do not want to rent a car.

I just got back from a week at this stylish townhouse and honestly, it was such a vibe! The place felt super cozy and bright, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach, We loved the little patio for morning coffee, and the BBQ was a nice touch for evening cookouts, The nearby bars and restaurants were awesome too, so no need to rent a car, Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for us, Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this Mediterranean-style townhouse was simply delightful! The location in Cala Morlanda was perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, and we loved being close to local bars and restaurants, The house itself was beautifully restored, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, We especially appreciated the spacious living-dining area and the lovely patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee, The air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us cool during the warm days, Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway!

It is a spacious and comfortable house, clean and well-furnished, we felt relaxed throughout our stay. The nearby Drach Caves were an important highlight of our trip!
