Start your day with a large breakfast on one of the terraces and enjoy the sunshine! There are 10 loungers for sunbathing and a barbecue area for great dinners with friends and family. The terrace has amazing views over the mountains and the villages of Capdepera and Artà. The poolside porch is a shady spot for having lunch. The 9m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.5m is private. Please use the exterior shower before and after swimming. The fenced plot where the house is set measures more than 20000m2. There are no neighbors nearby.
Indoors, modern style marries traditional Majorcan style. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the living room with two sofas, satellite-TV and CD-player. The dining area and the well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob are in the same space. The kitchen has also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A shower bathroom is on the ground floor. All five bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The next bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two single beds. The remaining two bedrooms also have two double beds and A/C, one of them with a wardrobe and access to the balcony. Four of the bedrooms have a wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available on request. A bathroom with bathtub serves the first floor. Three fans and central heating complete the equipment.
Artà is a nice town and a 10-20 minutes' drive takes you to the coast and to many nice sand beaches like Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida or Costa dels Pins. Visit also Cala Torta, a small natural bay, and the remains of the talayotic village Ses Païsses, a former tribe who was living more than 3000 years ago. If you fancy going out, have some drinks and dance, Cala Ratjada has a good nightlife and is only a 15 minutes' drive. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

We traveled as an extended family to ten, including two babies. The directions to the house were very inaccurate and there was no evidence on the road. We searched Google for almost two hours, etc. and phoned the agency, which in turn phoned the owner, but did not allow us direct contact. That was exhausting and annoying. At some point, the owner turned his car on the dirt road that led to the house and so we finally came to the house. The building is beautiful and you can see that in its good times it was well thought out and planned with style. The spacious garden also suggests that he once experienced better times. The whole house smelled musty and clammy. We were probably the first guests of the season and until then it was not aired yet. The musty odor and the damp cold were everywhere, including in bedding. The owner laughed at us first when we asked for a heater, but thank God he brought us in the evening anyway for the lounge a gas powered heater, which was very helpful to us in the next few days. The rooms were neither cleaned nor ventilated before our arrival. In some bathrooms there was no Albstellfläche or hooks or blinds were broken. The beds for the most part very soft and the bedding for the April weather too thin, apart from the smell of musty. The pool and the terrace were very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, we could hardly use it because of the bad weather. The WLAN does not seem to work well in this area, but the owner can not help it. The view from the terraces and balconies was also very nice!

Artà is a charming village! We loved exploring the local shops and restaurants. It is a short drive to the beach, which was convenient.
