This well-maintained holiday home in Catalonia has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a small family or a group of 4 friends. The property is close to the beach and features a private terrace with all the required amenities to provide a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a sandy vacation at sea with gorgeous views just 300 m away from home. You can visit the town centre in L'Escala (1 km) to try delectable cuisines at the restaurants. Daily essentials can be bought from the supermarket at 500 m. There is a kitchen with all the necessary cooking essentials and a sitting room with a TV, balcony, fireplace, and air conditioning. You can enjoy the views while having a drink from the private terrace. Figueres-Vilafant AVE train station is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava Airport at 45 km.

The house itself was very good, clean and nice, unfortunately on arrival, with the first purchases to unload colonies of ants on the kitchen sink on the food ... we have to fight ourselves, daily was the trash and the dishwashing machine full of ants. This was something unpleasant and certainly because you have to pay 100 € for the cleaning, the room was Okay but if you like to sleep out a little too bright, a good curtain would be good. For the rest the house was real top, the environment was very nice, l'escala is a very beautiful region and we will definitely come back!

Very nice place, just outside the center in a quiet area. Accommodation was very clean and equipped with all comfort (including air conditioning, although this was not on the list of specifications). As the only improvement point, a parasol could be provided on the terrace. the collection of the key went smoothly. However, the check-in hours on Belvilla's mail do not correspond with reality. The relevant real estate office is closed between 13.00 and 15.00. However, the key can only be collected after 3 pm and therefore not between 10 am and 4 pm as indicated by Belvilla.
