We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The garden was perfect for our children to play in, and the terrace was a great place for evening barbecues. The location is fantastic, with easy access to hiking trails and nearby ski areas. We will definitely come back!

Even though it wasn't the most luxurious place, it was comfortable and practical, which perfectly suited our needs. We appreciated that it was close to local restaurants and only required a short drive to Medebach. The host was friendly and responded quickly, which made check-in easy. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing short vacation.

Clean, comfortable, and hidden in a quiet area, we enjoyed our mornings on the terrace while watching the birds in the garden, close enough to Medebach for shopping and dining, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of nature.

We are a couple, 50+ and have stayed here for 2 weeks in October. Just really good here! Very sweet and attentive hostess, busy with everything and very involved. The (lower) house is large, comfortable and fully equipped. Nice and fresh, good beds and lots of privacy. The garden is also what the site says: large and lots of privacy. Deifeld is one of the smaller villages belonging to the municipality of Medebach. Very quiet here. Attention! This holiday address is suitable for people who love German solidity and conviviality. The interior of the house is a bit dated and the values & norms here are also "real German". It is definitely an advantage if you like an attentive chat and want to leave your fast & modern life in the Netherlands for a while! Relaxing is the key here! We love it. Life here for us is comparable to Austria (in summer) outside the cities. Beautiful nature of course also. We are real Burgundians and initially choked a bit on the offer of catering in the vicinity. Please note that in Deifeld and the surrounding area there is no/little catering industry as we are used to in the Netherlands. For everything easily 10 minutes in the car. But wherever you go to eat, you will get downright good food! Willingen and Winterberg are the larger and more modern (tourist) places and there is also a wider range of catering options. Also consider the opening hours of the shops, which differs quite a bit with the Netherlands. In itself there are plenty of supermarkets and SMEs in the area. Just go! 10 points.

What a charming little place! The children loved the garden, and we found the location ideal for day trips to Winterberg and Willingen. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Reception from the hostess very cordial. Very spacious holiday home, the entire lower floor at your disposal + garden. The area is great, especially when you love to walk then super !! Cycling should be in a good condition ppffff but with an E-Bike highly recommended.

A week with young children for winter sports. The cottage is somewhat dated, but super clean. The occupant had fruit ready and fresh flowers. Sledging for the children was looked up upon arrival and in the week she came to bring a homemade dessert. Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely large garden there where children can run around. No WiFi, 1 Dutch channel on TV, no problem for us. Fine to do towards Winterberg or Willingen for skiing.

Very nice apartment! Clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. The location is quiet and peaceful, just a short drive to ski resorts. We even had a nice barbecue evening on the terrace. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was not available, but we survived. All in all, a great place to relax.
