Booking At least 3 workingdays bevor arriving. off allergyfree rooms arn't animals and smoking off all kinds off stuff not allowed, outsite are places with ashtreys. We recommend to buy a travellinsurance by your own is at the first floor, appartment 3 :at 8 - 10.P.
Appartment 2 : 4-6- persons, 1 bedroom for 4p., 1 dining/livingroom with 2 -2p. sleepingcoutches, 1 bathroom, 1 compact kitchen, from Look at our website for information and ask for our possibilities. We would be glad to help you with your organisation for a perfect stay. For a more perfect stay you can rent the Fun-Inn :bar with big kitchen , toilets , lounge and wooden terras,for 500,00€, after 2 days 50,00€ for a day, + deposit off 150,00€
Also you can rent the Sommerbar at the patio (35,00€ for a day + 50,00€ deposit.) and a BBQ (20,00€ for a day and 20,00€ deposit) At the Sommerbar is a fridge, warm and cold water and sitplaces and everything for eating outsite.
You dont have to go upstairs with you shoppings.

Under 3 years are children free if they sleep in camping beds brought by you. Baby beds can be rented from us for 10,00€ per stay. There are 2 pieces and a cradle. 5,00€ per stay. How do I get my deposit back?
Smoking or other open fires are not allowed in the apartments,even so by a open window, people with lung issues
come back with pleassure!
Don't move the furniture and leave the apartment swept clean.
separate your waste like you do at home, the yellow trashbag are for plastic and alluminium
packings. also there are containers for biological and other waste.
On the patio, all waste can be deposed into the gray trashbag EXEPT glas.
For glas there is a basket under the coat rack. You can find glas containers at the entrence
of Düdinghausen and before you enter Usseln.
You can drop your filled trashbags at the bottom of the stairs inside the specific containers
Blue means paper, green means biological waste and gray is for other waste.
No noise disturbance after 22:00. Respect the rest off the üdinghausen is not IBIZA.
Neigtbours can call the police and the bill( 600,00€) is yours.
When you go out, close the windows and turn of the lights.
Don't leave dirty dishes when you check out. You don't have to wait until the dishwasher is
finished but at least turn it on.
Our garden is no toilette!
Don't pull the blinds fully open, let them hang like 10 cm.
The drapes are often just showdrapes, so don't close them, use the blinds, please.
If there are guests with bed-accidents, please report it, I'll take precautions, so the costs
won't rise.
cleaning a mattress costs 300 €. Everything which breaks or is extraordinary contaminated will be
settled with your deposit.
I don't like that I have to say this and be so clearly but my experience doesn't leave a choise.

We had a super weekend!
The accommodation is really great, we were there with 7 people, could use the huge garden and we also booked the bar with the grill. The landlady Annemiek provided us with everything, simply a great service! The breakfast was delicious and the communication was quick and easy
There is nothing in the village itself, but that is not a bad thing because you can get everywhere quickly.
We would definitely book again, very good for groups!

Great accommodation - fantastic landlady
The accommodation in Düdinghausen was really great! We were there with a group of 16 people and booked the entire accommodation for 2 nights. The landlady Annemiek is a very nice contact and everything went smoothly - from the first inquiry via ferienhausmiete.de to the refund of the deposit after departure. The rooms in the accommodation are very clean and well equipped. Each room is individually furnished and looks different. The other equipment of the accommodation is also worth mentioning. We also rented the summer bar and the grill and had access to a variety of games - certainly a great thing for families with children. The bar really had everything you need! The garden is fantastic - large, with space to play, relax, and barbecue. Exactly what we were looking for as a group. The landlady Annemiek was so kind and provided us with a larger TV, as the TVs in the accommodation are rather small. She also arranged a great butcher and a beverage supplier from the area for our barbecue evening - a 1A service! All costs were very transparent and the price-performance ratio was very good. We also booked a delicious breakfast. We can only recommend it! The location of the house in Düdinghausen is also good. There are certainly no supermarkets or restaurants in the village, but that is bearable. The place is excellent as a starting point for hikes and ski trips. All in all, we highly recommend it! Wir vermieten an Gruppen für einen Wochenende.Wenn Mann in 2 Tagen der Große von der Fernseher wichtig findet, macht Mann kein Spaß. Wenn nötig ZB. bei Weltmeisterschaften von Sport, bringe ich gerne eine Große Fernseher vorbei oder wir gucken zusammen in der Fun-Inn.

Dear guests, We are a Dutch family and rent since 2012 our holiday apartment / floor with a lot of fun. You could rent our Fun-Inn (bar, lounge and toilets) with wooden terrace (€ 250,00 per day,minimum 2 days thereafter € 50,00 per day. Deposit is €150,00) to make your stay more than complete. Or the small summer bar at the patio (€ 25,00 per day and €50,00 deposit), charcoal grill €10,00 per day and €20,00 deposit) There is a bocce court, tennis net, and games, sun lounger and a rental BBQ. Also we have a laundry service, and a collaboration with a good and not expensive catering. In the apartment you will find a lot of information about the area, free WiFi and a taxi list.
