Completely renovated old village house on the edge of a quiet village. Upon arrival a nice gift, beds are made, towels are ready. Furthermore, everything is there for a successful holiday. House was spotless on arrival. What we especially appreciated was the Netflix subscription, great bing watches on the lounge sofa. House has a stable, well-working WIFI. Good beds. House has a balcony and small garden, BBQ with accessories and coal available. The bus stops almost at the door, yet own transport is much easier. In the area you can make beautiful walks and enjoy your mountain bike. Only downside is the small shower. Furthermore, this house has everything. Landlords are pleasant in communication and very helpful. We would book again.

Sparkling wine in the fridge and personal written welcome, towels in abundance, beds and what you get in the cottage settlements only for additional payments were standard. You really felt welcome. It is also not a leisure home budget building, but a real home. A large garage was also there. The decor is individual and high quality.

Perfect holiday home, equipped with all comforts. The house is fresh and modernly decorated and has been recently refurbished. Balcony and garden overlooking the village and beautiful valley. The surroundings are of course fantastic. Various mountain biking trails nearby, you can walk beautifully and Winterberg, Willingen, Korbach etc. are close by. Owner is very helpful (speak Dutch) and welcome drink was ready for us. We will definitely be back!

What a great environment to live in nature. From race bike, mtb to good walks. And then everything is present in the house. Beds made, bath towels are ready. Delicious.

Accommodation is excellent with fantastic views. All conveniences are present. Beautiful surroundings for various walks. Ideal for relaxing and well-situated for excursions in the area.

A nice house in a nice location on a main road. Welcoming reception, the wine for us and the water tank for the dog were already ready! In addition, we were clearly informed in advance of a redirection because they were busy with the road. The town of Deifeld itself is (delicious) quiet but by car you are in the busiest places including Winterberg and Willingen. Especially with the dog, the house is ideally located, crossing the road and in the beautiful outdoor area. The house itself is neat, clean and very well decorated. Everything you need is present. For long people (including us) some door posts are low, but you will win. We have not encountered any obstacles. Prima beds, no small bedrooms and plenty of closet space. Outside a lovely sunny garden and above a sunny balcony, you step into the kitchen. For us, this property and place for repetition can be considered.

In a beautiful setting, the holiday home invites you to welcome us. Upon arrival, the cozy atmosphere and the pleasant appearance directly affect our holiday feel. We are really looking forward to it and feel familiar with the appearance of the house. It's not too big yet gives a sense of space. Both on the bottom and on the top floor a nice terrace with easy chairs. Actually, really, everything is what we want.

We rented the house for 3 nights with 5 people and a small dog. Room and space were enough to be able to be alone. The facility offers everything you need and for the little ones there are games in the apartment. In addition, a giant trampoline in the garden, which of course was used immediately 😊. The house as well as the gardens are totally well-kept and it is very cozy for a family holiday, but couples can also find peace here, as the neighborhood (alpaca in the garden next door) is very quiet and personable. The terrace offers a wonderful view and there is a small grill. You can go shopping 10 km away and choose between two major discounters. For the kids I can recommend the mountain playground Aventura or just the trampoline in the garden. 😊The landlords are totally friendly and answer very quickly if you have any questions. The keys were handed over contactlessly, which is very well resolved at this time. We will definitely come back more often and regret being there for only 3 nights. There is definitely still a lot to discover. So if you want a wonderful stay in a green, quiet environment with lots of healthy air and long walks, you should rent the well-kept, personable house. The reception was nice, the environment was great, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very bad: all pots in the kitchen were very dusty, the pans were not to be used because they were scratched or with roasting backs, the carpets in the kitchen showed a lot of dirt stains the window frame on the balcony you could see that if, then only the surface was cleaned. This was also the case in the bathroom, since the corners were very dirty. In the lower bedroom there were used handkerchiefs under the bed, the bedside lamp on the left was broken, the bedside lamps were missing or were not working. The balcony furniture hadn't seen a mop for a long time. The kitchen equipment was a bit poor; there were only 5 large plates and no flat plates. The can opener repaired with cable strap. All in all it is a very nice house for a very good price, but for 6 people too small and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired .......

On arrival there was a bottle of wine ready and drinks and some treats for our son. The water bowl for the dog was filled. The accommodation was neat and well furnished. The area is beautiful. Plenty of opportunities for walking and mountain biking.

Spacious, neat and modern accommodation and furnishings. Located in a quiet village, although along the road but there is little traffic (and therefore no problems with noise). Excellent parking for 2 or 3 cars. From the house there are all sides on many hiking trails (and routes) and with a car 15 km away from Winterberg and Willingen. Beautiful spacious garden and roof terrace with views and good garden furniture. and large TV with Netflix.The owner was easily accessible via Whatsapp for questions and suggestions.Kortom, if we want to go to this area again, we will definitely choose this holiday again.

Upon arrival the owner had a welcome message with a clear information folder. A bottle of wine was cold in the fridge. The house was clean and comfortable the area was beautiful. The large south-facing balcony with spacious table and comfortable chairs was certainly the plus of the house.

Really a super complete house, beautifully situated and very friendly!. Definitely a must to come back. Of course there are points that could be better, but if you want to rent a real German home. And just want to enjoy, then definitely go. Let's do it again.

It's a beautiful area! The house that we have rented shows quite a few defects. For example, in the bedroom (Master Bedroom) there is no blackout in front of the window in any form. Also, the floor in that bedroom has sagged so that the bed is far from level. The result is that you get the feeling of rolling out of bed. The sofa is worn, sits through and does not smell fresh. The dishwasher does not work as a dishwasher should. The oven only heats part of the oven. In short ... we will never come here again.

It was a nice house with a spacious balcony on the 1st floor and on the ground floor a nice (covered) terrace for barbeque etc. It was fully equipped. The only downside was that it was not clean everywhere, especially the bathroom and the contents of the kitchen cupboards.

Big disappointment in terms of cleanliness. In addition, it is not possible to sleep with the windows open. The traffic noise (the house is right on a busy street) is absolutely annoying and you are far away from rest and relaxation. There are many unkempt corners in the outside area that haven't seen a broom or the like for a long time. The kitchen also leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Crumbs in drawers and oven do not look cleaned. And on the floor there are two dingy carpets that are completely unsuitable for a kitchen floor. We are disappointed and angry that we have to pay a lot of money for this because we do not feel very comfortable here. Many months of the pandemic could have been used to put this house in order ..... but obviously the only aim is to pull our money out of our pockets. Due to our many vacations in different holiday homes, we can make comparisons very well and give this rating. In short, NOT RECOMMENDED! Unfortunately, this long-awaited vacation is a letdown for us.

The house is located in a very quiet village. From the balcony we could enjoy a very nice view. The children loved the basket in the garden! It is also an ideal base for hikes and MTB tours (beautiful nature!) Or for numerous excursions (Aventura, Billstein-Höhle, FortFun, Winterberg, Willingen, ...). The garage was ideal to safely store our 4 bicycles. The sleeping comfort was also fine! In short, we look back on a particularly successful summer holiday!
