Friendly owners and cleaning staff. Nice location with good walks / runs through the countryside / woods nearby. Warm and comfortable enough, and a nice well equipped kitchen. The only minor downside was the shower drain that kept clogging (and there was no suction cup). But the nice cleaning lady gave us some drain decongestant powder.

The house fully met our expectations. exactly as on the pictures and it was very clean and we felt right at home.De reception was warmest and the environment was mooi.We are three days to Winterberg been skiing for quite some years and that is very liked. The distance from the cottage to the winter sports spot is very good to do.

We saw the bed as one of the few plus points, there was really nothing to complain about. We thought the furniture in the living room was bad, the couch was not comfortable and if we had to sit inside with 5 people, the only option was at the dining table. With regard to the sanitary facilities, the shower was very bad, constantly overflowing and cold water. We have rented more often at Bellvilla but did not find this Belvilla worthy. We have spent an extended weekend in this holiday home and we look back with satisfaction. Everything was there, nothing more, nothing less. The communication with the owner goes well (only in German). A small defect due to wear and tear to the toilet was also solved very quickly and friendly. We stayed with 6 people in the house for a few bike rides in the area. An absolute must for those who want to mountain bike or look for a firmer climb on the road. We could also park our bikes in the garage which was practical. Recommended for groups who want to explore Sauerland.

Friendly owner, accommodation was in order everything present what one needs. Quiet location but by car you are 10 minutes in Winterberg where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. You can make beautiful walks from the village itself.

The arrival was very straightforward. The neighbor had the key and we could go straight into the house. The parking spaces are sloping, so it is a little difficult to get out and unpack without something falling out, but everything worked out

When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome and had a tour of the house. It is an old-fashioned house with a small garden but clean and everything is there. Beautiful surroundings and lots to do and see.
