The luxurious kitchen is equipped with a large dining table where you can eat with the whole family, play games and enjoy an after-dinner drink. The cozy living room with a seating area is in open connection with the kitchen. On this floor there is a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a double box spring bed. The two spacious bedrooms with wonderful box spring beds are on the upper floor, where there is also another bathroom. Each bedroom has its own wardrobe. And what could be nicer than to find your beds made when you arrive. The beautiful large garden with garden furniture is also at your disposal. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening here. In the garage there is a table tennis table with billiards and balls and a dart board with darts. There is a large trampoline in the garden. In the basement there is space for skis, this is a heated ski room. It's the right place for a great vacation, whether relaxing or active. The region around Grönebach/Winterberg is ideal for being active and enjoying nature. The Sauerland offers an ideal environment for mountain biking, hiking and active leisure activities both in summer and in winter. The region is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Germany and impresses with its tradition and hospitality. The local recreation area offers varied and adventurous hiking trails (e.g. Niedersfeld, Rothaarsteig and Uplandsteig). The cities of Winterberg, Brilon, Medebach, Willingen and Schmallenberg are within easy reach. The Sauerland offers a variety of worthwhile and interesting destinations: summer toboggan run, Fort Fun amusement park, mining museum, go-kart track, ice rink and much more. In winter, the well-known ski areas of Willingen and Winterberg offer attractive leisure activities.

This place exceeded our expectations, The comfortable lounge was a great place to relax after a day of hiking in the beautiful Sauerland region, The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having fresh sheets upon our arrival.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely cottage in Grönebach! The kitchen was perfect for our family meals, and we loved playing games around the large dining table. The living room was comfortable, and having a spacious garden for the children to play in was a real bonus. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was a nice touch to find that they were made upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, which allowed for beautiful outdoor adventures. Overall, a fantastic stay that we hope to repeat!

A spacious and well-equipped house! The separate bathrooms for each floor were a good point, and the heated ski room made it easy to store our equipment. We also liked the tranquility of the area - definitely a retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
