This pleasant 4-bedroom holiday home in Untervalme (Bestwig) is ideal for a family or group of 8 persons. You can enjoy barbecue evenings on the furnished private terrace with a glass of wine.
In the middle of the wonderful and typical Sauerland Valmetal lies the hamlet Untervalme. In the region, the endless hiking possibilities and skiing trails are remarkable. Restaurants serving local cuisine rest at 1 km. The lively town center and the grocery stores are at 3 km. You can visit the lake at 15 km for a pleasant day out. Trips to cities such as Schmallenberg and Winterberg are easily made from here.
The holiday home has central heating. You will find a cozy eating bar in the living room for a great time. on arrival we were received warmly. A small explanation in the house. Enough household goods available. We were a bit wary of paying the electricity afterwards, but that was not so bad. For 1 week in we lost 19 euros (in the summer). There is a nice playground for the smaller children. Also lawns for football. What is an improvement is the curtains that do not fit well with the walls, so that a lot of light still enters.

On arrival a friendly welcome from the hostess and guided tour + explanation about the house. Accommodation is very spacious inside and ideal for 8 people. We have made trips every day in the area. Plenty to do especially for walkers.

We spent the weekend at the cottage. The region is very calm, quiet and spokoj.Dla children a great playground. Cottage from the outside but cool inside seen better days. Plus a fireplace and a nice taras.Minusem additional charges for heating and warming water. Everything is electric heaters, they heat up wode.Za 2.5 days we paid 51 euros more.

We (6 adults and 2 small children) have entertained us well in the spacious, but too cold house. When we arrived it was very cold and we brought wood for the fireplace could also do a disservice, because there was no draft in the chimney. That was unfortunate, and (especially) for the little ones too cold. Good beds and a good shower and a lovely spacious bijkeuken.De kitchen is small enough pans, skillets are only the poor and there are only 8 juice glasses, no wine and / or beer glasses and have asked the (albeit friendly) managed star but she had not. We found it a very cozy cottage. Nice corner fireplace. Had only one allergic child with us and still had more trouble than expected. The kids loved the playground and fun course to play the stream. Many walked. At few kilometers very nice bakery. Every morning enjoyed the delicious German pastries.

It's a nice house. Very spacious and it is very quiet. We have three weeks since our vacation spent and will certainly watch one time to return. Spacious bedrooms and a spacious living room. The birches in the picture are unfortunately disappeared in a storm, but the house is beautiful. For children there is a playground valley with a brook and a thrilling slope. Not much privacy around the house, but it is a small park so very much that niet.Het park is situated in a very quiet place, there is hardly any traffic along. Messages about five minutes in Ramsbeck (small shop) or an hour drive (supermarkets) in Bestwig. Friendly manager couple. Beautiful walks from the cottage and area. Plenty to do in the area, but not much for rainy days. The house Dachsbau 1 is very broad, somewhat dark. Good rooms with good beds, smallish bathroom with excellent shower. No microwave or an oven. For 8 adults is a little cramped, especially because besides the bathroom sinks are not. With 2 adults and 5 children was fine to do. (House visited July 2008)

On arrival by a very friendly hostess who escorted us to the house, and after an hour our way point made in the home. Friendly explanation of the use of the stove and hot water supply. We have been a week in this small park with two adults and five children. Ideal if you are looking for peace. You can also visit culturally rich places with castle. The view from the cottage is beautifully wooded. yet this park is more suitable for families with children up to 8 years old, or older couples. (not much to do, absolute rest)

Nice holiday park. Last week we were almost alone on the park which it was very quiet. The first week of each house was still full of allowing our children could play nice with others. Surrounding is suitable for hiking, question card owner. Culture you'll hardly against nearby. House is quite dark decorated. No wifi. Fridge old and able to drag flow. Energy costs come in afterwards. That thought I still disappoint.

It's a nice house. Very spacious and it is very quiet. We have three weeks since our vacation spent and will certainly watch one time to return. Spacious bedrooms and a spacious living room. We were 7 people and lieper really do not voeten.Kortom for a lovely place to truly unwind. Within a short distance of 7 supermarkets you. already open and "evening at 9 pm until close. Nearby is very much to see, both natural beauty and accommedatie.

Welcoming hostess, nice house and nice environment. Sports enthusiasts especially the riders are fully come into their own. Within our family Grandchildren were not to save the "Sommerrodelbahn" located in the vicinity away.

We were the only guests for the weekend. It was so very quiet and we had the whole area to ourselves. We had a great time had. Everything was perfectly arranged. Shame there was no bath and no dishwasher.

Just a pity that we had not understood how the heating works. So we had to pay more than 100 euros extra for the use of the heating, while it was much too hot. The explanation about the soapstones and the ventilation, we understood that if the ventilation is not used, the costs are not too bad. However, that was not the whole point of the story. So left the tip for a more complete explanation and submit a request to the owner not to set the temperature of the house too high.

We spent the weekend at the cottage. The region is very calm, quiet and spokoj.Dla children a great playground. Cottage from the outside but cool inside seen better days. Plus a fireplace and a nice taras.Minusem additional charges for heating and warming water. Everything is electric heaters, they heat up wode.Za 2.5 days we paid 51 euros more.

We found it a very cozy cottage. Nice corner fireplace. Had only one allergic child with us and still had more trouble than expected. The kids loved the playground and fun course to play the stream. Many walked. At few kilometers very nice bakery. Every morning enjoyed the delicious German pastries.
