Only 10 km from the famous winter resort town Winterberg with its excellent winter sports facilities, a large climbing park and extensive mountain bike routes, this spacious and completely detached holiday home is located on a quiet street. The house offers a magnificent and unobstructed view of meadows and forests, and adults as well as children will find plenty to discover. The basement features a cosy recreation room with a bar, table tennis table, billiard and table football, while several bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas allow to you to retreat for some privacy. In the summer, you can go hiking on one of the numerous hiking trails that start on your doorstep, and mountain bikers will also get their money's worth. Thanks to the relatively high and central location, the house is ideal for a week-long skiing holiday on the slopes or for going cross-country skiing in winter. Winterberg's extensive skiing area is only a 10-minute drive away.

Big house nice for a large group. But is in very outdated condition is in dire need of a renovation! Better cleaning too!

The first look into the house frightened us a little, because unfortunately the photos do not reflect reality, as the house as a whole is getting a bit old. We wanted to spend a few days together with the whole family and the house was perfect for that. It has 8 bedrooms, each with a double bed, spread over three floors. There is a bathroom on each floor, one with a shower. The equipment is functional. If you don't really like luxury, this is the place for you. Everything is available and safe for smaller children. There are door guards on each floor. The lounge in the basement is a small highlight. Everyone had fun here, be it playing pool or table tennis. The bar is still equipped with a separate large refrigerator, so that the drinks were chilled to hand. The dining area really offers space for everyone and is very large. As already described above, the house including the inventory is a bit old: some beds creaked and creaked, climbing stairs quietly wasn't really possible, the screw could be tightened on some things like tooth cup holders .... But these are in my opinion small blemishes. The surroundings and the view are really wonderful and very quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather, so I can't tell you anything about excursions. All in all, we felt very comfortable and it was a great three days. The contact with the administration was also very friendly. We will definitely and gladly come back.

First the good. The caretaker and the bread service were great. Unfortunately the house is in very, very bad condition and needs to be renovated urgently. The kitchen was so dirty that we cleaned it first (despite the € 150 that you pay for cleaning). The windows were probably not cleaned this year. The house is advertised for 16 people. You would have to honestly state that the basement room has no window !! is not suitable for a stay of a week, but only as an emergency room. The kitchen equipment is completely inadequate and in very bad condition. Nothing goes together. The house is not recommended in this condition. The outdoor area cannot be used as almost every plastic chair is damaged, and no lawn is mowed or maintained. We were very disappointed. For over 2000 € rent a week, absolutely unacceptable!

House is large, but the kitchen is not equipped to cook for so many people, there are also many small broken things such as a football table that is not complete and a dishwasher that leaks a lot of water. The finish still deserves a lot of attention
