Everything for a great holiday present.

We had been here five times before and that says enough. Nice holiday home for two people with everything you need at the end of a road, next to the forest. Neat and clean, beds made up, and plenty of towels available. A balcony and a garden with a beautiful view. Friendly owners who do their best to make you feel comfortable. Your dog is also welcome. Great hiking area, and if you want to visit a town, Winterberg and Schmallenberg are nearby. If you drive an electric car, the charger is available at your doorstep, also for bikes.

Cottage with charm

The house offers everything you need for a cosy holiday for two. The location is very quiet and directly on the edge of the forest.

The amenities include everything you need. There is a smart TV, a large bathtub and also drinks (for a fee but very fair) as well as spices and many small things that you need in everyday life (things to wash up, kettle, coffee maker) were available. Towels were ready and even the bed was already made - what a luxury!

The landlords were very friendly and we can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need, in a completely quiet location. You are immediately in nature and can start beautiful hiking or mountain biking tours from there.

Great accommodation

We were only there for a weekend but we really liked it. Everything you need is there. Even drinks from the region. From the house directly into the forest, a small garden in front of the house, the wonderful tranquility and very very nice landlords. Dogs were welcome ? we will definitely come back, and then for longer.

Bestens geeignet zum Entspannen

We went hiking a lot to clear our minds. And the location is perfect, with direct access to hiking trails. The furnishings may be a bit old-fashioned, but they have a lot of charm and are very cozy. I can only recommend it.

clean, cozy holiday apartment in a wonderful location

With my mother and dog, I spent a plentiful week of relaxation and rejuvenation in the peaceful Westfeld. Due to the immediate proximity to the forest, plus snow, the dog also had a great time. The accommodation is furnished with great care. The Münter family knows a lot about the place and surroundings. We were able to enjoy our time with hiking, cross-country skiing, and sauna. The healing gallery in Nordenau and the winter air were all in all a relaxing and varied vacation with friendly, helpful, and attentive landlords. We will definitely come back. Pure relaxation.

The house is in a very quiet location. The landlords were very nice and helpful. There is nothing missing in the house. Drinks were also already available but are not included in the price but the prices for them are measured. Everything you need is there. The rooms were furnished with great attention to detail. There are many hiking possibilities nearby. We were only there for a long weekend, but we could enjoy the peace and quiet immediately. There is much to discover, unfortunately the short time is not quite enough. We will be very happy to come back.

A wonderful week of vacation in the "Ferienwohnung Muenter" in Westfeld.

The house is located in a beautiful and very peaceful wooded area. The house is very special in its construction and rustic appearance. The facilities are excellent, everything is provided. The house has a large covered balcony facing south, and you can enjoy the early morning sun on the garden bench. The house is very suitable for 2 people, and the dog is more than welcome. The Muenter family is friendly and very caring. We would love to come back!

Stylish holiday apartment in a wonderful location

The vacation rental is completely furnished with attention to detail. Our Bernese Mountain Dog was welcome and enjoyed, like us, the nearby forest and access to hiking trails. The ski areas around Kahlen Asten are quickly accessible by car or bus. The landlords are very friendly and open-minded. This was our second time there, and we will definitely come back.

Relaxing short break with dog

We had a really nice short week in a wonderfully located apartment. It was very cozy, and we especially enjoyed the peace and beautiful view. We also found the veranda practical, where the rain couldn't bother us. The already stocked drinks supply was convenient; we hadn't experienced this service before. Our dog also loved it there, right next to the forest for walks. We will definitely come back, as the Münter couple was very friendly and helpful.

First holiday home in Westfeld Sauerland.

The holiday home is located at the top of the village with beautiful views from every window. The weather wasn't suitable for sitting on the balcony or in the garden, but it must be wonderful with good weather. The holiday home had everything we needed and even more. Friendly owners and the house was very clean, there were plenty of towels and the bed was neatly made. Beer, soda, and wine were even available at a very low price. We will definitely come back, maybe with the dog as it was no problem as we were assured. The surroundings are beautiful, the cottage is located on the edge of the forest, a stunning walking environment. Price/quality ratio is perfect.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

We stayed at the Münter holiday apartment for four days in early January and are still very enthusiastic. The apartment is very clean and cozy and offers a beautiful view. Since it is located right on the edge of the forest, you can go for walks directly from there. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Clean and cozy accommodation in a great location.

The holiday apartment is located in a private single-family house. It has a separate entrance and its own parking space (right in front of the apartment door). The house is situated in a higher location, ensuring a great view. As mentioned by other users, the house is very close to a forest, which we also found very nice. The house is very quiet in terms of traffic. Overall, we were positively surprised by the accommodation and would definitely like to visit it again. Luckily, we had a lot of snow during our trip, which is particularly interesting for skiers. Due to the higher elevation, there is always more snow compared to the town center. Many attractions, ski slopes, and sledding lifts, etc. are just a few minutes away by car.

Completely relaxed and content.

I spent a full week over Christmas/New Year with my dog in the Münter holiday apartment. It was a truly relaxing time. The Münter family even put up a small Christmas tree for me, which made me very happy. The apartment is fantastically located on a slope with a view over the valley. The weather over the Christmas days was not very good, so I took the time to recover my health and only went for small walks in the nearby area. Starting from the 27th... Then came the dream weather and we started with hiking rounds . . . which there are plenty of in the immediate vicinity. I'll just say this much: At the end of the day, my dog only moved when necessary and slept contentedly. :) For me, the time was also very relaxing and the fresh, pure mountain air did me very well. In total, I am completely satisfied and would love to come back :)

Sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung

We were only there for a week, but it was really nice. Nowadays, a lot is promised, so I was skeptical at first. But here, they really didn’t promise too much. Just to mention a few highlights:

* Great location, high up with a view and right next to the forest
* The hiking trails are directly accessible
* The apartment has a separate entrance with a nice little lawn in front of it
* and is very comfortably furnished, with a lot of attention to detail
* and the Winterberg ski area is easily accessible, but unfortunately, we didn't have any snow, but many other activities like summer toboggan run, hiking, and climbing saved our vacation ;)

Very nice, clean apartment with a great view and ideal location right by the forest. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. Even our dog was welcome there despite his size.

Super nice holiday apartment ... Highly recommended

Those were really nice holidays. The holiday apartment has a great location, high above the village, and you can imagine how the view is ;) . . . The proximity to the forest was also not a lie, the forest is right next to the house, and the hiking trails were quickly accessible (and especially well signposted) – I tend to get lost otherwise ;)

As for the holiday apartment itself. . .
The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, but I liked the furnishings the best. This vacation apartment is beautifully decorated, everything is nicely adorned with wood and small antique decorative items are scattered everywhere, which makes it very cozy. And the huge triangular bathtub practically invites you to a romantic bath. . . ;)

So, if you're vacationing in the Sauerland region, this is the place to be. Highly recommended.
