A lovely house. That was our third booking, the clean house, as always nice owners and kindly received. The last day we even got baked goods that the lady had baked herself, very tasty! This time another house was also rented out (the other times were just closed) and I thought that was a shame. Suffered from noisy children and the garden was always full of people. For the rest a beautiful location and I definitely recommend this holiday home.

The arrival was fine we were a little early and wanted to make a detour but that was not necessary we were warmly welcomed. the accommodation was less luxurious than the images when searching and booking avoided. the couch was quite outdated and sagged by a folded blanket, in the small bedroom there was no window that you could open which is not very fresh. everything in the house that you need is there and it was perfectly clean. the area was very nice and beautiful walk you can start from home.

Regarding environment - fantastic! No moving cars or other people. So quiet and in the middle of nature. You rest completely! Our children will love it. There is much to see and do in that region! We had expected more from the property, the layout itself was good but it was very dark inside even so we also daytime with sunny weather with all the lights had to sit at. That's not so bad if you have good weather and lots of you out but that did not occur to us. After 3 days of rainy weather we hardly could go outside and with the windscreen in a few days, the weather is less then decided to return home earlier so we were back home Sunday, June 21. No one can do anything to the bad weather but if you feel you trapped in a cave to sit is that no fine experience. PS. We go on holiday for decades but this has not happened to us before. The hotel has a great location. We walk with our dog right into the house in the woods. We have had great meaning to us here. It is a quiet cottage where you can unwind. Prima The covered terrace offers a solution in changing weather (as we did that). The village Roumont has no facilities such as shops and the like, but the car is full of shops within easy reach. The cottage is very well complete and cozy. We were 2 people in a 4 person house. If you are with 4 people 2 should sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage sits above the owners, because it stands on a mountain, everyone has his own door very special. this reservation has been made for us by our daughter. we had asked her to find a single house and there she certainly succeeded. top of the hill, a kilometer outside the village completely alone, a beautiful place. We did not expect that several apartments were present, so we have been surprised by the presence of two couples, but the house is absolutely not noisy, we have heard nothing inside of them. Downside was that had to be shared garden but that was offset by a very friendly hostess who has treated to delicious waffles with & quothimbeeren "and fresh whipped cream, delicious us. We have a week of skiing. Winterberg is about 45 minutes drive, Willingen almost an hour. But fifteen minutes from home to find a nice ski area where you can fine a day skiing or sledding.

From the house are several walks. The Sauerland has mainly regional wood forests, and we found a little boring. However, there are enough walks with panoramic views! With great pleasure we stayed in two weeks Hardebüsh. The house has three apartments that are rented. Yet this house offers lots of privacy. A must for people who love peace and unspoiled nature. The owner is very friendly and has spoiled us with a carafe of wine and some flowers on the table upon arrival and she was on a day with hot waffles with fruit compote and whipped cream for the door. There were plenty of towels etc. in stock. The cottage was clean and tidy. Upon arrival we received a map of the area. We have run several walks. However useful the card to take because occasionally there is no sign so that the walk takes longer than planned. In the vicinity is wildlife and various traces of animals. Fine house completely isolated from the rest of the village. The house consists of several parts that are separately rents. It lies in the middle of the woods and directly to various hiking trails. We have several deer and rabbits and raptors seen. Definitely a recommend for hikers and people who want to enjoy the tranquility.

We have almost 3 weeks in the house Hardebusch sat and thoroughly enjoyed the gastvrijdheid of the manager, the location of the house and the coziness of the apartment. We will be back! The area is fantastic and for hiking and nature lovers a must. The historical towns like Arnsberg, Eslohe, Meschede Brillon and are definitely worth a visit. Overall a must!

We have from 2 to 26 July 2010 a wonderful time. Nice, cozy and clean apartment. There is now a new, comfortable 2 bed instead of 2 beds on the photo. Beautiful views to the valley, quiet area, you can walk from the house. There is not really a big lawn where children can play (it is there as you see in the picture, but that is not accessible to guests) but there is a dead end and other space around the house. With our son (7), we enjoyed the walks, swim in the beautiful indoor Bad Fred Burt and Hennesee, Panorama wildlife park with toboggan, the mining museum in Ramsbeck (with my excursion into underground train).

Very secluded cottage in a small village Menkhausen.Veel nature and wildlife. Friendly owners, but they can not speak English or Dutch, German only. (Tip row navigating to Menkhausen and go from there Dorlar direction. Take the 1st left to get to the cottage.)
