This traditional 20-bedroom holiday home located in the beautiful Eifel Nationalpark near Monschau can accommodate up to 50 guests and is lately completely renovated and modernised. Suitable for large families and groups of friends, this home also features a private garden, a terrace, and a fenced courtyard with BBQ.
The strategic location of this recently convenient holiday home is only 1 km away from supermarkets and restaurants. If you want to witness the nightlife of the region, you can find bars 1 km away. There is also a scenic lake, 5 km away, perfect for picnicking by the banks.
Enjoy the scenic views from the lovely terrace with garden furniture and extend conversations over a fun barbecue there. There is also a recreation room with indoor games to keep you entertained. Parking is on-site. You can bring 3 of your pets to stay.. Fireworks and noisy parties are forbidden, there is a concierge nearby.
Public transport is available 1 km away, and the nearest ski lift is 5 km away.
Note: A stainless steel grill is provided free of charge, it should be returned clean, otherwise we will charge €100 for cleaning costs. All cutlery, plates and other items should also be dried cleanly. This is not included in the final cleaning.
The departure time should be adhered to as we only have a short period of time to prepare for the next group. If the period is not met, we will charge an additional day of stay. (€500 + €150 additional costs).

House seems to be from the stone age. Toilet clogged wash shower where only cold water comes out. House is super old and dated Owner wants to withhold 50 euros from my Deposit (we are still working on this) because there are a few butts on the floor. We pay a lot of money here for cleaning, so cleaning up a few butts is also part of it. No benches or chairs to sit outside Switches inside do not work. You do this by turning the fuse on and off. House consists of different rooms and therefore not suitable for a group. Old furnishings (thrift store quality). We book a house in the Eifel twice a year to ride a motorcycle. by far the worst ever and the owner tries to take another 50 euros to fix a few cigarette butts. (in his own words 2 hours)

The reception was not pleasant. The tone of spoken and everything was explained was as if we were planning as far as possible to bring harm to the house.The house itself was clean and simple but well appointed. Especially the large rooms on the ground floor were nice. The front rooms had a lot of noise from traffic. The surroundings are lovely. We have from the house can make some great walks.
