The non-smoking apartment is located on the ground and upper floor.
Two large double bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom with 120 x 80 cm shower and WC are on the ground floor.
The other rooms in the modern house, exclusively for you alone, are located on the upper floor. The following rooms await you upstairs:
A bright, light-flooded 34 sqm living room with a cozy sitting area and 55-inch satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system. From the comfortable, large sofa you always have a view of nature towards the Kermeter Forest.
The open dining room with a spacious table and up to 10 chairs invites you to a cozy gathering and perhaps a game night with family and friends. From there, there is access to the balcony. This is equipped with a grill and garden furniture.
Take your time for a cozy breakfast with a beautiful view on the terrace and make plans for the many possibilities here in the Eifel to spend another unforgettable vacation day.
You can also enjoy a cup of coffee in the separate kitchen with complete equipment. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee machine, and sufficient dishes. Many storage options and 2 high chairs for company while preparing meals await you here.
The modern daylight bathroom features a 1x1 m shower and a bathtub, as well as a washbasin. Of course, we provide a hairdryer, hand soap, and towels. A separate WC with washbasin and window is available. A comfortable double bedroom with box spring bed and wardrobe and access to the sunny balcony awaits you.

The holiday accommodation with garden and huge balcony terrace 50 m away at the Kurpark Gemünd. The outdoor swimming pool Rosenbad is there and a mini golf course. You can also get information about the beautiful Eifel region at the National Park Gate (500m).
The Eifel National Park with its diverse cycling and hiking trails (Eifelsteig and Wildnistrail) is 200m away. You can walk through the spa park directly into the national park, there are hiking maps and plenty of information books available. The spa facility with various treatments from Kneipp to lymphatic drainage to Dorn-Hock therapy is 500 m away through the spa park. The spa town of Schleiden/Gemünd is situated in the Urft valley on the southern slope of the Kermeter Hochwald and east of the Dreiborn plateau. It is the largest district of Schleiden in the Eifel with a population of about 4100. Those who like to experience untouched nature will be pleased with the free offers of the Gemünd National Park (5 min walk). Shopping and refreshment facilities are only 500 m away, and the Gemünd pedestrian zone invites you to take a stroll. Most sights and interesting excursion destinations can be reached by bike or car in a short time.

The Ferienhaus4you starting point is perfect for visiting churches (many small villages have a lovingly restored church), castles (Satzvey Castle), monasteries (the popular pea soup from Mariawald), museums (from the open-air museum in Kommern to renowned museums in Cologne, Bonn and Aachen) and picturesque medieval towns (Monschau, Blankenheim and outlet centre Bad Münstereifel).
In addition to the Urft reservoir, which is 8 km away and easily accessible by bike, there are many other smaller reservoirs in the vicinity. Excursions with the ranger into the national park are offered free of charge
The Rursee navigation with three boats offers many possibilities to explore the upper lakes and also to discover a part of the northern Eifel on foot.
There are many leisure opportunities: covered wagon rides on the Dreiborn plateau with a deer observation stand, canoe hire on the Rur, guided hikes into the High Fens to visiting the directly neighbouring Benelux countries

Cycling tour
Everything is super and very clean! The house offers everything from table football to barbecues with storage for several bikes! The huge terrace is the absolute highlight. Very nice and attentive landlords.

This house is perfect for larger groups. There is plenty of space and lots of activities through games, books, and garden. The house was very clean and the landlords accommodating. We definitely recommend it!

Beautiful surroundings, everything conveniently close for activities - excursions - hiking - biking - swimming, shopping, etc.
The holiday home met all expectations -> delightful!
Hosts are also nice, friendly, and helpful.
