Die Unterkunft war der Hammer. Alles gepflegt und sauber, und das obwohl die Göste vor uns erst unmittelbar vor unserer Ankunft abreisten. Das führt aber gmeich zum Hauptproblem. Bei der Buchung über belvilla wurde durch einen Mitarbeiter im Livechat auf die Frage , ob eine verfrühte Anreise möglich wäre suggeriert als würde man dies beim Eigentümer nachfragen. Nach ein paar Minuten wurde mitgeteilt dass dies absolut kein Problem sei. Als der nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer sich 3 Tage vor unserer Anreise meldetet um Details zu besprechen, wusste dieser von nichts und musste leider mitteilen dass das Haus noch vermietet sei am Morgen unserer Anreise. Dies ließ unser komplettes Tagesprogramm platzen. Der Mitarbeiter im Chat wollte vermutlich nur seine Provision

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Kalterherberg with our family, 17 adults and 6 children aged 7 months and 8 years. This was our second time in the super spacious, clean house with a beautiful plot of land and direct access to the hiking trails. The house offers plenty of opportunities for activity and fun in both good and bad weather. The kitchen is ideal for self-catering and all rooms have a bathroom. We can highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Unfortunately it is already fully booked by the time we wanted to come back next year.

There is a sauna for relaxing. Facilities are good. The property is self-contained, so you have to drive 10 minutes to do groceries. The surroundings are beautiful. There are beautiful routes to drive by car or motorway. There are several routes that can be driven (eg the thousand curve route or eg the route of sight) monschau itself is a great place to walk or have a drink. It is very picturesque and the buildings are exactly what you would expect from an old German village. We are going next year definitely with our group back!

We were with a group (28 people) friendly families and couples at the Good Heistert guest and had a wonderful stay. The booking was comfortable and unproblematic. I booked the trip at short notice. Somewhat annoying were the permanent payment reminders, although I have twice pointed out that I vorgenimmen a scheduled transfer. The rooms and the associated bathroom are consistently in a good condition. Unfortunately, there was almost no toilet paper. We were glad to be able to eliminate this "emergency" in the late afternoon in the village. The kitchen is complete and ideal for large groups. The guest and dining room are well furnished. The handover of the house after our short break was easy and very friendly. I can recommend the house in good conscience with conviction.

Reception was good, with a tour of the house. We were with friends, 18 people total. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Room with fireplace and bar, and separate dining room / games room with billiards. Owner would regularly come along, but not seen or heard, so if he has been, did not suffer from. On departure everything is counted, and you can, for example, pay for broken glasses. We found this no problem, you should leave a house tidy, and you pay for what you have destroyed. The house at the end of the village is beautifully situated in the green. Everything is very neat. The owners are friendly and very correct, they want everything in order. Crazy that a weekend stay here but runs until Sunday morning 10 am. You can stay on request until 5 pm, if you pay 9 euros per hour.

We go on holiday every year during the week of New Year with a large group of friends and children. This is one of the best accommodations we have had so far. The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, the kitchen is big enough, there is a separate breakfast room and the bar area is very cozy. The location is fantastic, from the house you walk directly into the woods and in the area you can walk. The owners are exactly, but hospitable and friendly. We would like to come back again.

Superfine accommodation with wonderful German accents in eg bar / living. Absolute silence right next to forest and at the end of the road. There was snow, it was winters cold, beautiful open starry sky ...! The lovers also spent a lot of time in the pleasant sauna.Perfect combination between sufficient common areas and nice warm rooms for the necessary privacy. Really all material is present. There is strict supervision of respecting the imposed rules, but this is also the only way in which the house can be kept in such a neat condition.

Had a great weekend, nice house with old features. Environment quiet and surrounded by nature. Only downsides the tap that did not work properly and an hour wait because the homeowners wanted to check everything. This is understandable but could have been a bit smoother. Also have to pay 50 euros extra cleaning costs afterwards ?! This is currently being handled by Belvilla (top service). Sauna is a big plus, every room a bathroom too. House spotless!

Despite snow and ice in april we had - also thanks to the great university of the house (fireplace room, sauna ..) a very nice week in the Eifel. the adjoining Perlbachtal is worth seeing even with frozen daffodils.

We are very friendly welcome in Gut Heistert. We were a little early but everything was ready and we were allowed in our home. Mrs. Jones has everything to do with our very good overflow. It was super clean !!! The beds were made, everything was ready to use immediately. We celebrated here with the family our pearl wedding anniversary and this was the perfect location!

Enjoyed the beautiful family home. the way there is difficult to find for some navigation equipment. they were sent all the way through the forest on small roads. Beautiful large kitchen, only the window had to be kept open during cooking and it was very cold this weekend. Cozy bar and excellent pool table. Very strict control when leaving the house.

Completely trouble-free check-in, nice contact and good, short briefing in everything necessary in the house. Accommodation is as described. A former hotel, with appropriate facilities, as you could see in the photos. Great professional kitchen with plenty of space in 2 large refrigerators and a freezer. Nice outdoor area with great barbecue house and plenty of space to sit. The environment is perfect for hikers and cyclists, away from the traffic noise of the cities can still experience the nature here. Great Hiking trails. Nearby Monschau is also a great little town to explore.

A really very well cut house for groups who also like to be a little more herero. The arrival went smoothly. A call when we arrive and then we were warmly welcomed. The house is awesome and very suitable for a trip with many friends. The large kitchen and the fireplace are the absolute highlight in this house. The environment is great too.

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Kalterherberg with our family, 17 adults and 6 children aged 7 months and 8 years. This was our second time in the super spacious, clean house with a beautiful plot of land and direct access to the hiking trails. The house offers plenty of opportunities for activity and fun in both good and bad weather. The kitchen is ideal for self-catering and all rooms have a bathroom. We can highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Unfortunately it is already fully booked by the time we wanted to come back next year.

Myself and a group of friends booked this wonderful house and we were all delighted! The contact with the landlords was easy and extremely friendly and familiar. The house is isolated from the city and you have peace and quiet. The house itself is beautiful and had no flaws. We were particularly impressed by the fireplace room with bar and the sauna. Gut Heistert was a hotel in the past. The welcome and the rooms give you an instant welcoming feeling. You feel right at home. The rooms, kitchen, sauna ... were moreover maintained fine. The nature and meet the rest once you arrive and you can follow as one of the many hiking trails.
