This large, bright and modernly furnished holiday home is located in the mountain village Hohegieß near Braunlage in the Harz region. The region's forests, meadows and fields are perfect for hiking or relaxing. The large garden with terrace invites you to linger, lounge in the sun or make use of the grill. Children can frolic around and enjoy the the play equipment. In the immediate vicinity you'll find a wide variety leisure activities and numerous attractions. The World Heritage city of Quedlinburg is definitely worth seeing, but a ride on the narrow-gauge railway up the 1100m high Brocken is a wonderful experience. Numerous well-marked hiking trails will make you want to explore the scenic beauty of the Harz on a hiking tour or by bike. Recommended excursions: Berg-Erlebniswelt-Wurmberg (family adventure world), the Samson Pit (museum) in St. Andreasberg, Adventure Golf Park, Braunlage.

We, 6 adults and 2 children, had a wonderful stay. Ms. Achilles, who was our contact person on site, was always there for us. A big thank you to you! The house is particularly suitable for families with children. There is a wonderful garden with many opportunities to play. The pool was a win for everyone and of course the grill was also used. We'd love to come back!

The house is very clean, the owner friendly and concerned about the well-being of the tenants. It is not a new building, but everything has been renovated and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable and will definitely book this house again. There are 2 apartments that we rented together. There are many hiking opportunities on the doorstep, the green belt in particular is very interesting to explore.
