Description
A well-kept, cosy and lovingly furnished holiday home (70 m²) for up to 4 people (extra bed possible). For 2 persons we have another holiday flat (40 m² object )available. The holiday home is located in Zinnowitz and is about 15 minutes walk from the Baltic Sea. The train station and various shopping facilities are only a 5-minute walk away. You will find a well-kept, cosy and lovingly furnished holiday home for a maximum of 4 people (1 extra bed possible for an extra charge) in a quiet location. It consists of 1 combined living and dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed as well as 1 bedroom with double bed and extra bed for a third person, 1 shower room, 1 fitted kitchen and a cosy TV, SAT-TV, is of course also available. In the combined living and dining room there is also a radio and a CD player as well as a new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, ceramic cooker with four hobs, dishwasher, various dishes and a terrace is about 12 m² and equipped with terrace furniture. On the upper floor you will also find a balcony (6.5 m²) with corresponding balcony furniture. distance from the apartment: bakery 400m, cafes 800m, restaurants 800m, shopping 1000m, centre 1000m, beach 1300m (all distances without guarantee).

Cozy wooden house
The landlords are very nice. Everything is as described. Everything very clean, well-maintained furnishings. Nice quiet location, yet the city and the beach are within walking distance. Many restaurants on the way to the beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

So incredibly beautiful
We had 7 very nice days in the pretty holiday cottage. Quiet location, very friendly landlords, nicely furnished rooms, everything you need in the house, next year we would love to come back.

It is a very well-kept house. The hostess is very nice and we were warmly welcomed. Everything is within walking distance, but we had the bikes with us. The connection to the bike paths and public transport is optimal. Thank you for allowing us to be guests. Recommendation.

cozy holiday home
Those who appreciate peace and comfort, can manage stairs well, and do not mind a few minutes' walk (to the train station, town center) are in the right place here.
We were there in winter and enjoyed the cozy, friendly atmosphere, the warm floor, and the warmth on the ground floor, as well as the coolness of the upper sleeping rooms.
We lacked nothing; everything was very clean, the furnishings were functional, well thought out, solid, lovingly arranged, and practical. (In summer, a small balcony and a terrace to the garden come as an additional plus.)

Always beautiful
