Are you looking forward to a relaxing holiday in a self-determined atmosphere? Then we offer you optimal possibilities in our holiday home on an approx. 500 m² property with a well-kept garden.
Your car can be parked on the property and your bicycles or e-bikes will also find a safe place in a lockable shelter.
The flat "Sonne" is located on the upper floor in the attic.
Our guests should spend a carefree holiday and not miss anything in the holiday flats. The loving furnishing of our holiday flats may even make you forget that you are actually not at home.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and last but not least enough pots, dishes and cutlery. Nothing is worse when the cupboards are already empty after a meal and the dishwasher is running hot
The cosy and inviting living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, attractive natural wood furnishings, a stereo system and a flat-screen TV. We attach great importance to tasteful decoration, various games and a small "library" round off our contribution to leisure activities within the holiday flat.

Very nice vacation apartment
We have already been to this beautiful vacation apartment twice.
The apartment is very clean, practically furnished, and nothing is missing in the kitchen; everything has been thought of. The car parks directly at the house, the bicycles are stored in a shed, you can grill, and enjoy the evening wonderfully on the very large balcony. The beach is not far away, and shopping options can be easily reached by bicycle or on foot!

Very cozy vacation apartment
The holiday property of the Henning family is very well-kept. We moved into the upper holiday apartment with 2 persons, which is perfectly equipped with everything, from the dishwasher to numerous kitchen appliances, from bathtub to shower. The bicycles can be stored in a small bicycle shed. On the large balcony, one can wonderfully enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Games and books also provide entertainment on rainy days. Shopping opportunities are within walking distance or reachable by bicycle. It also takes about 5 minutes by bike or approximately 10-15 minutes on foot to get to the pier. We really enjoyed it.

Holiday apartment Sonne upper floor
We were the first people after the Corona lockdown in Zinnowitz from 27.05. to 06.06.20 with 2 persons. The beautiful apartment on the upper floor with a balcony has all the equipment needed. The holiday home is very quiet and about 15 minutes' walk from the beach. All shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Netto, and Edeka are quickly accessible. Wonderfully developed bike paths along the coast towards Peenemünde and towards Heringsdorf. We had great weather, so swimming was also possible. Beach chairs were all at least 2 meters apart. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. A visit to the GDR Museum in Dargen and Karls Bauernhof is recommended. We would like to thank the Henning family for the stay in their lovingly furnished holiday home and would love to come back anytime. Best regards, Fam. Mrohs

very lovingly furnished and very clean holiday apartment with garden
We were there in the fall holidays as a group of four. The upper apartment is very suitable for families with two children. The second bedroom for the children is set up in the attic. We tried out the collection of games together every evening and had a lot of fun. Of course, our children loved having their own kingdom. The vacation rental upstairs has a large balcony, which we couldn't use due to the unsuitable weather. By foot, you can reach the pier in 15 minutes, and it's only a few minutes walk to the bakery or the promenade. We also did a lot with the resort train. All train stations on the route are very well-maintained, and it's comfortable to walk from the apartment to the train station in about 5 minutes to explore the island. If you have your bikes with you, you can even safely store them in a wooden shed in the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't think that far ahead when we set off. All in all, it was a very nice holiday and a truly cozy vacation apartment.

Super nice vacation apartment! Absolutely recommendable!!!
We spent a week in the truly beautiful, clean, and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. We didn't miss anything at all. Everything was there, from the grill, beach chair to the dishes... absolutely everything was there! The location was great, quiet, and yet you are very quickly at the beach (about 10 minutes comfortable walk). This holiday apartment is definitely recommendable!!!
