Very nice apartment. Everything you need is there. It would be nice if the walls got a new coat of paint. This is especially true for the bathroom. Because then the apartment would be perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The condition of the apartment is really not nice, water stains everywhere on the walls, the plaster is coming off in the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom, dirty windows, dust and cobwebs complete the whole thing. In the bedroom there is only a sofa bed and no pull-out sofa. The sofa bed in the living room is broken and cannot be used for sleeping. Can be seen completely from the terrace and garden. The noise level from the apartment above is just annoying for those seeking relaxation.

The location of the apartment is good, the apartment and the rooms are big and spacious. However, the bathroom, especially the shower, needs updating.

nice big apartment with eat-in kitchen, wood-burning stove in the living room. Entrance via kitchen not ideal in bad and stormy weather. Damage was acknowledged by the rental company but could not be repaired due to the holidays. Quiet location, a bit noisy for guests in the apartment above.

When moving into the apartment, everything had to be cleaned first. For 40 euros final cleaning, I expect a clean apartment. The coffee grounds from the last visitor were still on the coffee machine. Since we are the first vacationers after Corona, it must be very old. It's amazing how much cobwebs there are in the entire apartment. Also, after about 6 months without occupancy, I would have expected that the apartment would be viewed again. There are holes in the walls in the bathroom, the wall in the living room looks bad and for this price, no, the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right here. The corona time could have been used here for a renovation. Pictures can be made available

Great area, a lot to do in the surrounding area, yet pleasantly quiet. Sandy beach a little further away. Absolutely to be recommended is the Rostock Zoo.Unterkunft unfortunately not intoxicating ...
