Beautiful accommodation with sufficient material to cook, sleep, .... It is a pity that the previous tenants did not clean the dishes properly and put dirt in the cupboard. I am booking through your site for the second time. Nowhere on the holiday ticket is it noted that the charges are not included. We were surprised that the owner asked us for charges such as electricity, the liter of fuel oil consumed,... I knew that a tourist tax is compulsory, we are asked to pay 2 euros per person per day while on your contract, it is indicated 0.65 euros. It's shameful It won't change anything but I wanted to express my displeasure.

It was a nice stay at the cottage in Waimes. The cottage was spacious, clean and very beautiful surroundings. Just a pity that the costs afterwards were much higher than indicated on the website, namely the accommodation costs are 2 euros / day / person (much more than the 65 cents indicated as an indication on the website), in addition we also had to buy water, paying for electricity and the waste container, while the website states that only heating oil had to be paid extra. This makes the house almost 400 euros more expensive than the price on the website.

What a nice holiday home. We were with eleven adults and had room enough. The garden offered many possibilities and inside was enough to do if it was bad weather. The village of Waimes was nearby, so the groceries were fast inside. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

We've been with 10 friends on weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Two beautiful large bathrooms, showers were quite a bit too small, sauna was great, bedrooms were okay. A handy kitchen where everything was present, plus was that there were two fridges. Spacious living room with large table, chairs and plenty enough seats to rest after an enjoyable walk. Also very nice is that kicker and billiard able to relax all together. Fine weekend had gone, everyone was satisfied.

We particularly enjoyed with 8 adults and 6 children in this beautiful house in the Ardennes Waimes. Everything is there and the weather we had it. Beautifully sunny. One could enjoy themselves. Just a pity that the cue tip min 's of the billiard were broken so we only had one. This would be gamaakt during our stay but unfortunately did not happen. We were 12 people, most of which have enjoyed the beautiful bike tours in the vicinity of Waimes. The house itself has our very birth, especially the play area for young people, but also the large living room and cozy furnishings were an absolute plus. Small minus is the stove which seemed to us that there are only two fires were actually used, but with that we have hatched, so not really a problem. We're here as a group, come back!

What a nice holiday home. We were with eleven adults and had room enough. The garden offered many possibilities and inside was enough to do if it was bad weather. The village of Waimes was nearby, so the groceries were fast inside. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.

The property was easy to find, but it was less quiet than the description of the campsite (campsites and other large holiday homes in the immediate area). House was definitely spacious and comfortable enough for our family (12p). Hygiene was not top, certainly in the living area below. There are 2 bbqs which both have a small grid grill.

The arrival was good, as expected. The accommodation was a bit outdated, but all that was needed was there. The beautiful setting was great for walks.

We've been with 10 friends on weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Two beautiful large bathrooms, showers were quite a bit too small, sauna was great, bedrooms were okay. A handy kitchen where everything was present, plus was that there were two fridges. Spacious living room with large table, chairs and plenty enough seats to rest after an enjoyable walk. Also very nice is that kicker and billiard able to relax all together. Fine weekend had gone, everyone was satisfied.

11 persons had a nice stay. Is already 2nd time we have chosen this house because of good location for very nice bike tours. The weather was less favorable, but all in all still ok. The house itself is very good!

We were 10 walkers. We could start directly from the house walking according plan.Het house was big enough to eat together, play pool and was provided with sjotterkas to spelen.Alles except a powerful gas fire. For 10 people, you have big pots and so powerful burners needed. For the rest fine!

We had a nice weekend in this house with our friends. This time with 10 adults. A fine house, spacious enough for 12 people. Annoying that there are many additional costs, making it just a little bit too expensive, even though it's a great house.

We particularly enjoyed with 8 adults and 6 children in this beautiful house in the Ardennes Waimes. Everything is there and the weather we had it. Beautifully sunny. One could enjoy themselves. Just a pity that the cue tip min 's of the billiard were broken so we only had one. This would be gamaakt during our stay but unfortunately did not happen. Stove also allows us occasionally abandon what we have reported and what was known. So a little maintenance would be equally good. Moreover, compliments of the house. Highly recommended. Very nice house with the necessary comfort. Neat and clean, spacious and a great view of the valley from the terrace. We were 12 people, most of which have enjoyed the beautiful bike tours in the vicinity of Waimes. The house itself has our very birth, especially the play area for young people, but also the large living room and cozy furnishings were an absolute plus. Small minus is the stove which seemed to us that there are only two fires were actually used, but with that we have hatched, so not really a problem. We're here as a group, come back!

Very strange (rude and actually totally not) that the owner Saturday night just suddenly step into the living room, no one has heard the bell or knock, or a phone call to inform .... PRIVACY ...?! ! Sunday we sat from 10am without electricity, fire alarm was bellowing, owner can not be reached, at eleven o'clock reached, Ms. says Mr.'s not there now, but will be the longest coming quarter to one gulp called, sir still not home, within an hour Ms & quotVervelend says you still do not have electricity, I'm one man to call ... "So in other words, we were already 2.5 hours without heating and electricity and had Ms. not even bothered to call. Mr. 1h later he calls back and says yes it should lie to you, you've done something wrong .... Well knowing that all the children sat at the table the moment it went out, this was not the first time expected or hoped-for answer. Eventually he is involved, insists that it was up to us .... and back away, an hour later he call back that he called an electrician and he also says that it was up to us ... very unfriendly! ! We had a fantastic week in Les Terrasses where we were like walking, cycling in the area and could swim. In a nearby lake In the garden of the house was a slide and a swing for the kids and there was even a bowling alley on one of the terraces. For bad weather there were in the house a billiard and table football ..

We enjoyed our stay at "Les Terrasses". Very nice and well cared for home. All tip top order. Nice location near woods and velden.Voldoende bathrooms and toilets which is definitely a plus with 12 adults. With the beautiful weather we also can enjoy the beautiful large garden with picnic tables. Room with pool table, table football, darts and sauna was definitely a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very quiet, but there is a supermarket a few miles., So the lack nothing. A comfortable stay with good value for money. The region is suitable for good walks and the high moors are near. Fort Reinhardstein at 5km, is definitely recommended.

The villa is well maintained, clean and offers good opportunities both in sunshine and rain. The garden is large and in 3 layers. Plenty to do for the kids. We spent a great time in this villa despite the rainy weather.

This house has a nice location. You overlooks the environment. We were there with 11 people, but the house offered more than enough space. From the house were some beautiful walks and trips to the mountain, this house is a good base. During rainy days, entertained the children best.
