Warm welcome. Accommodation showed considerable overdue maintenance. Environment is great. Being able to make many nice walks in the immediate vicinity. Despite the disappointing accommodation, we had a good time this week. House was poorly cleaned. Large food table stuck with fat. Various loose-fitting toilet bowls. Doors whose lock was missing. Kitchen stuff didn't look very clean. Pans without lids etc. Chlorine concentration in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi too high. Various people experienced skin rashes as a result.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming vacation home! The space of the house was a pleasant surprise, easily accommodating our group of 12 people. The indoor pool was very appreciated, especially after a day of cycling along the nearby trails. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in the evening. Additionally, we enjoyed having barbecues in the garden while watching the children play. The location is serene, with beautiful greenery all around, and just a few minutes' drive from Reinhardstein Castle, which made for a lovely day trip. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering!

This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the practical layout with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, which made it easy for our group to get ready in the mornings. The kitchen was well-equipped for our culinary needs, and the dining room was spacious enough for all of us. We had a bit of trouble with the heating at first, but the host was quick to help us. Overall, it was a solid experience, and we especially liked how close it was to local shops and restaurants.

Nice and friendly reception. For a large group it is a beautiful, spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting with enough space for everyone. However, the house showed many defects and it was not very clean. There were many dust nests, there were still chips behind a cupboard, the jacuzzi and the swimming pool did not seem clean either. This was probably due to a too high chlorine concentration. Several loose toilet bowls, doors of which the lock was missing, the pool table did not work properly (the balls kept getting stuck), the front of the dishwasher was missing, the oven did not work properly and there was no hot water in certain places in the house. In addition, four of our group of friends received a gift from the house, namely: Bed bugs. Despite the disappointing accommodation, we had a good time this weekend.

This place is just a whole vibe! The heated indoor pool is perfect for chill days, and the garden BBQ area is great. Plus, the infrared sauna? Major self-care goals, definitely coming back with the crew.

In retrospect, I would have preferred to listen to the bad reviews... On the positive side: the game room with pool table, darts, football kicker etc was great and helped a lot to keep us entertained. On the negative side: I don't want to rattle off the whole long list, which just got stuck in my throat the most when we discovered the dead mouse in the swimming pool on the last day. It must have been there for a while... Everything just wasn't particularly clean and a lot of things didn't quite fit. The big oven in the kitchen doesn't heat properly. Our room had many flaws - other rooms seemed ok. It's a pity really, because the house and the surroundings are very nice - but we definitely won't be going back here. Last but not least: it took 4 weeks to get the deposit back - here they deducted 200 euros for cleaning which we knew. However, the landlord deducted an additional 250 euros from us for electricity and other costs, which is quite a lot for a weekend, without explaining to us how he came up with the amount. So take care!

Great house for large groups with children. Bedrooms are very quiet even though the children are playing downstairs or the parents are having a drink in the evening no one is bothered by each other. Swimming pool is nice and big and fits well with the group size. What could be better:- a working coffee machine, the manager would look after this but did not come by for that.- 2.50 per 15 minutes bubble bath is difficult, the jacuzzi is very nice, but increase the rent by 200 euros and make unlimited use of coins possible, you earn more and the guests are happy.-About twenty specialty beer glasses and larger mugs for tea would be nice in addition to the many small wine/cognac glasses that remain unused.- Seats in the living room need to be replaced.- The pool table and foosball table no longer return the balls to an easily accessible point and should also be replaced/repaired. Despite these fewer points, we would book again without thinking. We, grandparents, children and grandchildren here have celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. And it is in this house and surroundings become a great success. Pluses are the large indoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas' s and the large kitchen with lots of fridges and 10 pips. Bedrooms most of which have a bathroom available are fine. All this was broken but that the owner came off immediately after a phone call (lamps, electricity and locks)

Only downside is the walk back and forth from the bedroom to one side of the house to the other, by the pool area. For small children is less suitable, but we have not really suffer from it. The house has everything you need and more. The area is quiet, there was a lot of snow so we order the slope next to the house lovely sleigh drove with the adults and the children. The owner is friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed it!

Upon arrival, nothing turned out to be arranged. Owner of the house was not present but a neighbor. No explanation the keys were handed over and good luck with it ... once inside it was really a mess, nothing was cleaned! There was even mold in the coffee maker, pictures are present. It was really too rancid for words. You do expect a tidy house and especially no mold. Bah.

Pluses are the large indoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas' s and the large kitchen with lots of fridges and 10 pips. Bedrooms most of which have a bathroom available are fine. All this was broken but that the owner came off immediately after a phone call (lamps, electricity and locks)

Friends Weekend with 20 people, home is great, rooms are spacious. Lots of place to do. Indoor and outdoor activities Pool, jacuzzi and sauna tidy. Owners friendly and helpful.

A great house, especially the kitchen and pool house are really beautiful. Minus for our group was that the bedrooms were in two parts. Accessible via the pool house.

The house showed many small annoying flaws. Running toilet, Shutter Pool rolling down, ir sauna which only half went etc.

we have all enjoyed, from young to old, despite the rain, we walked a lot, because it is a beautiful region Indoors it is also very nice and tidy and all between 14 and 80 years found their liking

We had a wonderful stay with 23 family members. Especially the games room, sauna 's, pool and jacuzzi are used by everyone with pleasure. Plenty of room to put together and everyone entertained for themselves. Robertville was nice and there are plenty of opportunities in the area to do something fun.

A very enjoyable weekend with the family (16 people). The kids spent hours in the pool and a lot of fun in the spacious playroom.

The house has a lot of good qualities, the pool area is really great and the kitchen is fantastic. Only downside is the walk back and forth from the bedroom to one side of the house to the other, by the pool area. For small children is less suitable, but we have not really suffer from it. The house has everything you need and more. The area is quiet, there was a lot of snow so we order the slope next to the house lovely sleigh drove with the adults and the children. The owner is friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed it!

With a diverse group, everyone can appreciate the accommodation. Households without children were resting in one half of the accommodation, the families with children without disturbing it then not the ideal layout of the house regarding the bedrooms.
