A true favorite, the house surrounded by woods with a very nice enclosed garden enchanted us. The very spacious and beautifully decorated house made us feel at home. We found our haven of peace in Belgium. We are happy to have been the first French guests to discover this magical place. Thank you again to our host for this wonderful vacation.

I actually don't know where to start... The welcome from Aline lasted barely 10 minutes. Description of electric meters (3 pieces) Description of pellet stoves (2 pieces). And quickly through the rooms... The house is very outdated and smells musty... The kitchen is hopelessly outdated. Every room also has an electric heater... we had to use them to warm the room somewhat. A decent bathroom, albeit small, but okay. There is a second shower present... I wouldn't even want to wash my dog in it... The garden is large and enclosed, very positive about that. Our trip for next year is already booked... at Ardennes Etappe we have never experienced such conditions with them. I might visit the place once... so you know what kind of houses you are offering. And €10 per day for a mini Maltese is completely over the top... wtf. In the end, I had to pay an extra €200... dog, electricity, garbage bags, water, tourist tax. No PMD bags had to be paid for... they weren't even present. And €2 for a broken drinking glass.

I stayed in this cottage for a week with 2 dogs (Belgian Shepherds). For the dogs, there is a nice fenced garden from which very few dogs will escape. You really need to have an adventurous dog ;). There is a gate to the stream that runs behind, where they can cool off on warm days. The cottage itself is also in good order. The kitchen is fine, with a good stove and refrigerator. There is a small freezer, just a freezer compartment. The living room is also quite spacious. The couch is a bit saggy in places. There is a long table to enjoy meals together or play games. For those interested, Spa is not far away, so a visit to the circuit is also possible. All in all, a lovely place to spend your holiday, both with and without dogs.

Everything was fine, from cleanliness to available amenities. The children loved the bunk beds, and the adults enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. The location was quiet and perfect for our nature trips.

It is a beautiful house with a large enclosed garden and lots of privacy. Through a gate you come to a running water. Not only very beautiful but both son and dog had a great time.

A wonderful place with a spacious, well-fenced garden where the dogs are free! A stream next to the house for cooling. Environment offers many opportunities in nature. The house is a bit dark and cool, but on hot days that is quite nice. The layout and accessibility of the bathroom is not ideal because you have to go through two bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are pleasantly spacious.

Manager present at the agreed time, received clear and friendly explanation. As far as we have been able to discover, there is no (extensive) information folder with, for example, important telephone numbers or places of interest in the area The rooms are more than sufficient for 2 families of 4/5 people (max. 9 sleeping places) The situation of the bathroom / shower (s) are, as previously reviewed, not super convenient in terms of privacy. Furthermore, everything is actually available from coffee machine to washing machine and dishwasher. There is a flat screen TV, but no (good) cable or satellite, so mainly noise. No Wifi available. The enclosed garden (including Jeu de Boule court) with terrace is very spacious and offers 100% privacy. Excellent garden furniture and BBQ. Along the house a small river where the children and the dog had a great time. All in all, definitely worth repeating!

Fantastic welcome by the owners, some problems with the stove for which they sent someone on Saturday - made immediately !! I call that service! the house is centrally located but very quiet! The area has pleasantly surprised us, cycling and walking is great, there are also two lakes for water sports.

Arrival went smoothly. The accommodation is very nice only the bedroom decor is unfavorable. You have to go through a first bedroom to get to the second and it is only that bedroom that has a closed shower room. The other shower is opposite the toilet and is completely open. furthermore a great house and lots of garden space. Really a home for the summer. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy.

Very smooth reception by Alline, she had already lit the pellet stove before our arrival, and was very quickly there with the key. A nice house with large enclosed garden. Ideal for small children and dogs. Direct in nature and lots to do in the area. Unfortunately we only used one shower, the other was very outdated, had no light and the shower head was hanging loose. The separate toilet and other bathroom had been refurbished. The layout was a little awkward. For the 2nd shower and 2nd toilet you had to go through the bedrooms. The kitchen and other facilities were fine. I would not recommend this house in cold periods, now it was already quite fresh inside and heating and electricity are extra.

The landlord was not present upon arrival at 16:30, knocked on the neighbors, who called the landlord. Cottage was however very humid. Landlord gave very brief explanation. After inquiring what we could finally find the house, outside it looked lovely, lovely private location, spacious garden. Inside, things really in need of renovation, it all just to comply. we are the weekend of 11/14/2014 to 11/16/2014 with our two dogs, two kids who also have a dog and two children had been in this house and friends! It was super! environment, location with a babbling brook in the background, a peaceful area to walk this was also a very good location! We have been from 17 to 24 August with our mothers in this property. A spacious property which is not really practical. In the kitchen there is a steep staircase up which is not really suitable for the elderly. The division between the sleeping and the plumbing was not really convenient. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, a separate shower and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower (accessible from two bedrooms) for 4 beds, while the rest of the sleeping upstairs (2 rooms with 7 beds in total) only one sink is available in a bedroom. Furthermore, it is very dark and damp in the house. The location is very nice and the garden is generous. A warning to other guests, please note that you are doing to conserve power, because that is really quite fast in the paper (and we do not even have to do the stove).

We had (1 adult with baby, 1 child aged 3 and 6) a nice week. Large enough to house our constitution (would be too much for me 11 adult). The garden is large and enclosed, the living room is neat, there are three comfortable sofas. The mattresses are really in need of replacement! The heating bills were to do good? 100 for a week, we had good weather, however, are far gone and "the evening always right to fire (okay so light on consumption). For crawling baby 's house is not ideal. There is a reduction of about 20cm in the living room, the floor is made of stone and very cold. Cords and sockets are not safe (or eliminated). The cot is neat, here is an extra thick mattress with. The dishwasher is old, the bottom drawer would not roll. There was also the one chair. This is a well kept house in a quiet location in the green. Fully equipped, spacious, clean and not outside the inhabited world. Everything is within reach, the baker, supermarket and 10 km further on you have 1 very large lake. The house is really cozy in the large kitchen and of course the fireplace. The house exceeded our expectations, nice, neat, romantic, comfortable, spacious, cozy. Our stay at Ma Cabane is reasonable given birth. We were there around Christmas of 2010 in a winter snowy landscape. A beautiful area with sledding hills from which could be. The adjacent stream is very nice for the children and the garden is well fenced for the dogs. The contact person is easy to reach and responds quickly. It was a pity that there was no play equipment for the children anymore, as it turned out to be broken and removed. The location is serene, surrounded by beautiful forests. We spent our days hiking and our evenings enjoying the garden. The only downside was the weather, but this did not diminish our stay. A lovely house for nature lovers!

It is a beautiful house with a large enclosed garden and lots of privacy. Through a gate you come to a running water. Not only very beautiful but both son and dog had a great time.

A wonderful place with a spacious, well-fenced garden where the dogs are free! A stream next to the house for cooling. Environment offers many opportunities in nature. The house is a bit dark and cool, but on hot days that is quite nice. The layout and accessibility of the bathroom is not ideal because you have to go through two bedrooms. Living room and kitchen are pleasantly spacious.

The house was nice and cozy but very cramped and damp inside, luckily there was a pallet to make it cozy in the living room. The distribution of the rooms is also not ideal .

Manager present at the agreed time, received clear and friendly explanation. As far as we have been able to discover, there is no (extensive) information folder with, for example, important telephone numbers or places of interest in the area The rooms are more than sufficient for 2 families of 4/5 people (max. 9 sleeping places) The situation of the bathroom / shower (s) are, as previously reviewed, not super convenient in terms of privacy. Furthermore, everything is actually available from coffee machine to washing machine and dishwasher. There is a flat screen TV, but no (good) cable or satellite, so mainly noise. No Wifi available. The enclosed garden (including Jeu de Boule court) with terrace is very spacious and offers 100% privacy. Excellent garden furniture and BBQ. Along the house a small river where the children and the dog had a great time. All in all, definitely worth repeating!

Fantastic welcome by the owners, some problems with the stove for which they sent someone on Saturday - made immediately !! I call that service! the house is centrally located but very quiet! The area has pleasantly surprised us, cycling and walking is great, there are also two lakes for water sports.

Arrival went smoothly. The accommodation is very nice only the bedroom decor is unfavorable. You have to go through a first bedroom to get to the second and it is only that bedroom that has a closed shower room. A nice house with large enclosed garden. Ideal for small children and dogs. Direct in nature and lots to do in the area. Unfortunately we only used one shower, the other was very outdated, had no light and the shower head was hanging loose. The separate toilet and other bathroom had been refurbished. The layout was a little awkward. For the 2nd shower and 2nd toilet you had to go through the bedrooms. The kitchen and other facilities were fine. I would not recommend this house in cold periods, now it was already quite fresh inside and heating and electricity are extra.

The landlord was not present upon arrival at 16:30, knocked on the neighbors, who called the landlord. Cottage was however very humid. Landlord gave very brief explanation. The garden was completely closed, which was ideal for the dogs. The house was nicely decorated (not too much luxury). The location was perfect for brisk walks. The house was equipped with two electric radiators (one in the kitchen and one in the city). Bedrooms / bathrooms were equipped with electric heating contraptions. When using these devices, the energy had definitely increased. The lighting in the kitchen should definitely be adjusted. There was only one spot that was fine (the rest of the spots were faulty). We have been from 17 to 24 August with our mothers in this property. A spacious property which is not really practical. In the kitchen there is a steep staircase up which is not really suitable for the elderly. The division between the sleeping and the plumbing was not really convenient. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, a separate shower and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower (accessible from two bedrooms) for 4 beds, while the rest of the sleeping upstairs (2 rooms with 7 beds in total) only one sink is available in a bedroom. Furthermore, it is very dark and damp in the house. The location is very nice and the garden is generous. A warning to other guests, please note that you are doing to conserve power, because that is really quite fast in the paper (and we do not even have to do the stove).

We had (1 adult with baby, 1 child aged 3 and 6) a nice week. Large enough to house our constitution (would be too much for me 11 adult). The garden is large and enclosed, the living room is neat, there are three comfortable sofas. The mattresses are really in need of replacement! The heating bills were to do good? 100 for a week, we had good weather, however, are far gone and "the evening always right to fire (okay so light on consumption). For crawling baby 's house is not ideal. There is a reduction of about 20cm in the living room, the floor is made of stone and very cold. Cords and sockets are not safe (or eliminated). This is a well kept house in a quiet location in the green. Fully equipped, spacious, clean and not outside the inhabited world. It's a great beautiful house with a large garden which is completely enclosed. It's really a must for anyone with small children or dogs. Everything is within reach, the baker, supermarket and 10 km further on you have 1 very large lake. The house is really cozy in the large kitchen and of course the fireplace. It seems that the current account there may be high but that is really up to you. We have almost nothing to pay. The house exceeded our expectations, nice, neat, romantic, comfortable, spacious, cozy. Our stay at Ma Cabane is reasonable given birth. We were there around Christmas of 2010 in a winter snowy landscape. A beautiful area with sledding hills from which could be. Outside it was around freezing. It is an old big house with a nice living room and kitchen. The utensils are of poor quality. What we really liked was hardly the energy bill afterwards. The house is only electrically heated, which for our stay of five days a bill of 300 euros yielded. I would house would recommend, but preferably in the warmer season.
